Stayed at this Mira Mesa home for a weekend with a group of 5 friends. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great and was near many restaurants and stores. I recommend any group to stay here at this home!

Shawn’s place was absolutely amazing! We stayed here for a small girls trip and it was in a great location with two shopping center and gas stations near by for a quick stop in case you forgot anything (which we did haha). It’s a lovely home that allowed us to truly reset while being able to go out to the various restaurants Shawn recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this stay! Was looking for a short stay to take a lil journey of self reflection then saw Zina and Craig's listing. I hit em up, they welcomed me and once there it was indeed exactly what I sought. I love what they're doing, it's brilliant, I've never seen a 420 Karen to give a host grief and the hosts themselves are so welcoming! And the place is choked full of creature comforts, snacks, dishes, coffee, games and 420 themed books, it's clear they take pride in their rentals and care about their guests. I'll be back and I LIVE here in San Diego.

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

The place was really nice! The only struggle for myself was finding it but I was sent instructions with pictures before hand so that was helpful. The parking is a little stressful as it’s very steep so be wary of this if your car is on the older side. Overall, I would stay here again (: super cozy and clean.

This was our second time staying here. The location is quiet, close to the beach, and it is nice that they supply everything you need for the beach and babies. I appreciate the high chair and foldable crib. They supply beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, and a wagon to hold it all. There were even strollers with large wheels that could better access the sandy beach than our umbrella stroller. The outdoor yard area is a nice place to hang out. There were people staying above us and we barely heard them. Not enough to disrupt our stay. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four stayed for a week. It’s a great area away from crowds. The place has everything you would need. A plus to have beach gear to borrow during our stay, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand toys. We had a small/mid size suv we were able to fit in garage, we had to get a little creative on how to get in and out of the car but it was not an issue. I would book this place again, you can’t beat the location if you want to be in the quieter section of mission bay. Communication from host was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Incredible location right on the beach! Great restaurants and eateries all in walking distance, including coffee shops, bakery, and convenience stores. Emmy's welcome book included great tips and recommendations for the area. Both the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, both well stocked. Highly recommend.
