Antônio was excellent! He took care of organizing and arranging everything in advance, super attentive and meticulous, informed details, monitored arrival, always attentive and helpful. He even stored our luggage while we visited neighboring cities. I highly recommend it!

This was an amazing location and great experience from start to finish. The check-in instructions were super clear and made the process so easy which I appreciated since I arrived late in the evening. The apartment is incredibly spacious and the high ceilings added an airy feeling. Very clean in every space, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. I loved being on the top floor, away from any street noise. The location is top notch - busy enough that I felt safe walking around late and the bars/restaurants/cafes nearby were all small and cozy (no crazy loud nightlife). Every morning I would grab a coffee and walk 2 minutes to the park which was such a peaceful way to start the day. And a special shoutout to the communication and support I received after the airline lost my luggage. I reached out and immediately got recommendations on where to shop for replacement items. Absolutely loved everything here!

Very nice place with a beautiful garden and amazing views. The lake is easily accessible with a kayak, paddle boards, and life jackets provided. Quiet location, 1 hr 15 mins from Madrid by car.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena's apartment. It was exactly as described and if anything, was even more spacious than we anticipated!. We had a moment of confusion upon our arrival as we were not sure whether to chose the left or right hand buzzer for the apartment on the correct floor, although we ultimately made our way in successfully and without major issue. The bed was extremely comfortable and the natural light was also fantastic, on both sides of the flat. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Madrid, and will stay here again when we return!

Communication with Alfonso was very good both before and during the stay. The house has everything you need to spend a good weekend and enjoy nature. I didn't miss anything and it's full of details that make everything easier. We also had many recommendations for the area from Alfonso. We will definitely repeat.

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

Raquel was very helpful in responding to queries, and made great recommendations for places to visit and eat, particularly for a special event we celebrated when there. House was in great condition and ideal for a family group. Close to village ameneties and bus service to Madrid. While in a relatively rural setting, the location enables access to many natural attractions and activites within a short drive. Mountains to the North and Madrid to the South are less than an hour, and well worth visiting, plus a plethora of things to do for children and adults alike.

If you are going to Madrid, this is an amazing place to stay. Not only is it in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of families, grocery stores, cafes and a metro station, but the place itself is new and clean and so comfortable. We hated leaving and would absolutely stay here again if we were to return.
