Nino has a great place and the ability to use the kayaks was a great change of pace! Snorkeling in the calm water was a treat, and the local atmosphere had such a good feel to it. The house was spacious and private for the different size of rooms, perfect stop outside the bigger city feel of San Juan. Definitely recommend getting to the surrounding cities before Sunday or Monday roles around as it was quiet and reserved those nights! Loved it and a great host too!

This place is perfect for easy weekend getaway. Walking distance places to eat and the beach. It is perfect.

We felt at home. Mike is very helpful and helpful at all times. The apartment is very comfortable, the cleanliness and the order is excellent.

Whenever I go to PR I stay in Joyuda (I have family roots in the area), and more specifically in this building. I know him well because I've stayed in four different units. This apartment is by far the best of all who have rented. It's spacious, comfortable, accessible, safe, and has everything you need for a great experience. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!

Absolutely loved my stay! I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my time here. One of my favorite things was the beautiful beach, calm, crystal-clear water that’s perfect for relaxing or swimming. The location is also ideal, very close to Cabo Rojo, which made it easy to explore even more stunning beaches in the area. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. The host was amazing ,she always responded quickly to any questions or requests I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Soriel was a great host and the place was perfect. She was very responsive and friendly even when we asked to have the pool cleaned a second time. (Due to the rains and flowering tree). The place was perfectly clean and exactly as described and pictured. The location turned out to be perfectly located also as we were able to visit all of the local and nearby attractions easily within minutes. The nearby beaches are incredible and I honestly can’t think of any reason we wouldn’t stay here again - hopefully we will soon as we are definitely in love with the island and the people. Stop scrolling listings and book this place asap!

Everything was very good. I would recommend a microwave and a better mattress for the futon. Everything else was totally spectacular.

The moment we walked in the house, it was like paradise. The view was spectacular. The mere fact that we was able to step out onto the beach was amazing. listening to the waves crashing at night .

An absolute treasure! Immaculate clean, invitingly cozy, and wonderfully tranquil. Carlos and Yenia provided attentive care throughout, making the experience even more delightful. Plus, its convenient location allows for easy strolls to the beach and a variety of great restaurant’s.

We stayed at Delmare for two nights, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer—it was that perfect. This place exceeded all of our expectations and is, without a doubt, one of the best beachfront stays we’ve ever experienced. The space itself is stunning: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. It’s ideal for a couple’s romantic escape or a small family looking for a serene retreat. The location couldn’t be more convenient—the beach is literally three steps from the front door. We loved being able to walk right off the sand and straight into the outdoor shower, then through the bathroom into the house, completely refreshed and clean—no tracking sand or saltwater inside. It made every beach trip effortless. One of my favorite things was that we never had to pack bags for the beach. Everything we needed was just a few steps away in our own kitchen. Perfect place to stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mary’s beachfront apartment in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and it was nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning — you can see the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the soft sandy beach just steps away. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, but also close enough to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Mary was an exceptional host, always responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and plenty of towels. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, it was the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it!!! 😁

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

The place was very clean! I loved that it was walking distance to the beach a couple minutes driving to restaurants and grocery store. It includes everything: laundry, two baths, two beds. Beautiful experience overall

This place and it's location, are perfect! Enjoy the beautiful west side sunset by the balcony, beach or pool without getting out of the complex. Lots of ocean front restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and fully equiped as described. Carlos is a 5 stars host. Very attentive and responsive.
