Amazing house in a beautiful, quiet location whilst still being convenient for Faversham/Canterbury. So much space for a big group both inside and outside in the lovely gardens. Les is a fantastic host and very helpful and hospitable.

This was our third stay in Whitstable and we had again a very relaxing time. Fleur’s house is very nice, full of light, well located, quiet and we had everything we needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slip Cottage. Great communication from Steve throughout and perfect location for beach, restaurants, etc. Literally just off the main street but still quiet. Lovely touches like providing handwash and bubble bath! Lots of towels and toilet roll also. Highly recommend staying here.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

A comfy, clean and central location. Good for a family with teens. We had everything we needed and communication was prompt. Enjoyed a day trip to Dover Castle and Mass downtown. Very easy to get to by foot. Thank you for a lovely stay! May God bless you!

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Thank you for an absolutely lovely stay, we just had an impromptu night away with our children, and Diana's place was perfect. The barn was beautiful and ahad a lovely cosy, homely vibe. The pool was fantastic, my son absolutely loved it. We greatly appreciated all the essentials left for us in the kitchen. Diana and her husband were both lovely and there was plenty of information about the local area. Easy to find and lots to do locally, spotlessly clean and relaxed check in and late check out we're really helpful. We'd love to come back again!!

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Lovely setting and convenient for the Channel Tunnel. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and lovely barn. They were great welcoming hosts will certainly book again on our way to France

Great stay for 2 nights. Easy check in and out instructions, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Dog friendly and very close to all the Dover sights!

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

We had a lovely stay at Dom’s place. The location is perfect for a couple of days’ break from London, especially if - like us - you don’t drive; it is just a short distance from the station and for a 40 minute journey from zone 1, feels a world away. Dom was very accommodating, especially as we brought our 3 month old baby. The baby enjoyed his first ever swim in the lovely warm pool! And the rest of the amenities/ the hut itself are equally excellent. Would also highly recommend a trip to the Samuel Palmer pub for a pint of locally brewed ale, and the Mount Vineyard for some excellent wines, both of which are a short walk from the hut. Would definitely stay again, thanks Dom!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

We spent an absolutely wonderful few days in Charlie's charming cottage. It was very well appointed with lots of little touches and extras to make our stay very comfortable, we were thrilled with the food hamper and all the condiments/cereals/bits and bobs in the kitchen to make cooking stress free. Location wise, it is close to good roads/transport links yet simultaneously feels right in the middle of the countryside, we enjoyed a number of beautiful walks in the local area and it was very convenient for the nearby Champneys. I would highly recommend staying here :) Thanks for having us!

Just returned from spending 6 days in the Granary, Caroline was super responsive and her directions were easy to follow and accurate. Unfortunately i didn't get to meet Caroline as she was away. The Granary was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The downstairs shower was great, we didn't try the upstairs shower. The location was very quiet and peaceful, but easy to get to where i wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend the Granary.

This is a charming, secluded retreat that feels surprisingly remote given its accessibility from London. We were warmly welcomed by Claudia and her partner who were on hand for any issues (there weren’t any) but left us to our own devices. We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast goods they left for us, outdoor toys which our toddler loved and the cottage itself is very comfortable and stylishly fitted out. Very comfortable for our dog as well with a field to run in and securely fenced area that the cottage opened up to. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a family in Dahlia’s beautiful cottage. It is in the absolute heart of town with everything on your doorstep. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Beds great and lovely linens. The little back garden was perfect for breakfast and an evening drink. We were left a nice bottle of bubbles in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Dahlia is very responsive to messages. We had no problems at all in the cottage. WiFi is great, parking was a bit tricky on the day we arrived but got a little easier House was spotless. No 1 Whitstable did delicious food and The Ship Centurean did a fabulous Sunday roast . We had a lovely stay at Becky’s place. The house was very clean and comfortably spacious for our group of seven — no small feat when you’re trying to coordinate showers, tea rounds and who gets the comfy seat in the garden. The terrace and garden were a real highlight, with a little sea view that made morning coffees and evening drinks feel extra pleasant. The value for money was excellent, which we really appreciated. Now, the location… well, let’s just say Sheppey has a certain rugged charm. It’s not exactly buzzing with activity, but if you’re looking to unplug, stare at the sky and listen to seagulls with strong regional accents, you’re in the right place. The house itself is simple and functional. Becky was responsive and helpful throughout, and the listing was accurate. Thanks again for the stay!

I was working on the Isle of Sheppey and was looking for somewhere to stay rather than a hotel room. Mark's place was great, really easy to reach and everywhere was within a short drive away. It was really quiet and comfortable, a great place to relax after work.

Absolutely lovely stay! Annie was a great host, she told me everything I needed to know. The place itself is so peaceful, and there's sheep right outside the front door! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.
