A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

We found this great apartment from Ingo and Melina at short notice for a spontaneous weekend trip. The location of the apartment is uniquely beautiful, quiet and surrounded by a great landscape. The apartment itself was super furnished and clean. All as indicated. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt right at home. That's why we have a clear recommendation. Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing, on the contrary, even coffee and tea or some things you need in the bathroom. In the apartment, you immediately forget that you are in a backyard area. In the living room, you can comfortably watch TV or chill out. We found the beds excellent. For a strong body, the shower could be a little bigger, but you can manage and everything works. In any case, we felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment. Such a clean and well-equipped apartment can rarely be found. The only downside is perhaps the lack of parking directly in front of the apartment, but we were able to find a parking space just under 100 m away to bring the luggage from there to the apartment on a comfortable footpath. That went really well and the specified parking garage is great and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and cheap.

We had a very good stay at Birgitt’s! We were a family of 2 + 1 year old baby + a dog looking to escape into something quiet and relaxing on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything it needs to make a stay pleasant! The village is very peaceful, green, nice field is nearby to walk the dog. Thank you for the hospitality!

Everything is great - apartment has almost everything you need! Only roller blinds or thicker curtains in the sleeping area of the living room would be good, otherwise it is very bright to sleep quite early

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We would highly recommend this place!

Free parking at the property is great, as the location probably wouldn't have free parking. Right on the other side of the street, the pedestrian zone starts! So perfect location! It's a very nice old building apartment. We felt comfortable and would definitely take the apartment again. Unfortunately, the bed is only 1.40 m wide (correctly referred to as king size in the description). If you don't travel with your partner, maybe a bit narrow.

I was surprised to find the apartment was upstairs but maybe I missed something. The unit was large, airy, and light. The kitchen was very well stocked and the family, living downstairs, were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

I stayed at Kerstin's place with my family. Kerstin and Kalle are amazing and thoughtful hosts. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers enough space for everything. The conservatory and terrace are a dream and invite you to relax. Shopping and things to do are close by. We really didn't miss anything. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
