Top appartement mooie uitzicht wij hebben echt genoten grote slaapkamers heerlijke bedden. Ik raad echt iedereen deze appartement te nemen. Er is nog niet veel in de buurt. Omdat er gebouwd nog word. Maar is echt wel een top appartementen

Recomendo sim, apartamento incrível, muito agradável, super bem equipado com muito bom gosto, me senti em casa. Calmo a noite, bom para descansar, vizinhos simpáticos, da para ir a pé para a praia em 10 minutos, internete boa, até TV com centenas de canais.

Ruimte genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb genoten van de enorme buitenruimte. Het centrum gemakkelijk te bereiken. Benvindo was snel te bereiken met vragen. Ik kon mijn koffer daar achter laten toen ik een aantal dagen een ander eiland wilde bezoeken. En heb besloten terug te gaan de laatste dagen van mijn vakantie.

Elsa is an extraordinary host. The apartment is probably the most beautiful on the island - with views of the ocean, the mountains, and everything else. A grocery store right in the building, and a pool downstairs (it was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it, but it looks stunning). There is also a second grocery store via a 7 minute walk, and CNAD is about 8 minutes away, not to mention the 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elsa as a host - she goes out of her way to make you feel connected to the community. Thanks, Elsa!

Logement impeccable. Très propre. Conforme à la description. Bonne localisation géographique pour marcher au centre (15/20 min) Attention, île de Sao Vicente difficilement praticable si bébé en poussette par exemple car toutes les rues sont en pavé et avec de petit trottoir. Nous recommandons ce logement qui était parfaitement comme décrit ! Luis envoi un message avant l’arrivée avec l’ensemble des informations nécessaires. Piscine très propre.

Bohème (van Filomena Apartments) is perfect! Mijn tripje naar Sao Vicente was bedoeld om tot rust te komen en dat is helemaal gelukt. Lekker met koffie en een boek in de ochtendzon op het balkon. Wakker worden onder de superschone douche mét een goeie straal. En dan wandelend naar de (super)markt, het strand of een eettentje - keuze genoeg op loopafstand - om einde middag weer terug te komen voor een siësta in een heerlijk koele slaapkamer op een fijn matras. 's Avonds kookte ik zelf - ook de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien - of bracht één van de bekende taxichauffeurs me naar de mooiste plekjes in Mindelo. Je kunt je prima vermaken in het prachtige appartement (bijv. Netflix op de tv's en tafelspellen) maar op het eiland is genoeg te doen (bijv. autotourtje langs Salamsa en Monte Verde enz.). Elida en Nuun hebben goeie tips en de bewoners van Sao Vicente laten je graag hun eiland zien. Gewoon vragen; mensen zijn echt lief en bij Filomena Aprtmnts ben je in de beste handen. Bêjus!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

Bruna the host was lovely, she was extremely helpful and accommodating as my friends took their baby and the place was all kitted with a cot for the baby! The house is spacious with comfortable beds, a huge patio with beautiful views of and a walking distance from the city centre. They also managed booking tours and activities in the island which was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island and would 100% stay here again. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa ! La vue sur la mer et les montagnes est à couper le souffle. L’accueil était exceptionnel, et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. Les chefs à domicile étaient incroyablement gentils et ont préparé des repas délicieux. L’expérience était véritablement luxueuse, et nos hôtes étaient toujours disponibles et réactifs, offrant d'excellentes suggestions pour profiter de notre temps sur place. Du début à la fin, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour mémorable ! 🌞

Schöne, moderne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Stadtstrand und etwa 10 min ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Angenehmes Bett und Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Empfehlenswert! Deborah ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und schnell.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Many thanks to let us stay at your place. Just behind (80m) bakery Morbeza. In a quit street. Lovely decorated, specios and welcomimg. A small patio to dry your clothes. The leving room is clever designed and the bedroom is at the back side. Perfect for a couple or max 3 persons. Lorry responds quick and is there to show you the appartment at check inn. Séjour inoubliable dans cet havre de paix. La très belle maison est située au bord de mer avec jolie piscine comme sur les photos. Non seulement la maison et très agréable mais Anny est une personne très accueillante, dans le partage et l’expérience humaine. Elle possède aussi un bon réseau/connaissance et une petite équipe pour faciliter le séjour (chauffeurs pour vous emmener et venir vous chercher sur les points de départ/arrivée des différentes randonnées ; repas du soir préparés par Isa, cape verdienne pour une maudique somme ET excellent, bien meilleur qu’au restaurant). Je voyage beaucoup et je peux vous assurer que j’ai rarement rencontré une telle hospitalité et cet éventail de service sans forcer. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et de nouveaux amis ! Merci encore !

Le logement est impeccable et très agréable. Étant en dehors de la ville c'est un endroit extrêmement paisible. Pas d'inquiétude pour s'y rendre, tous les taxis connaissent l'adresse et vous y dépose pour un tarif très raisonnable. Très bon accueil de la part des autres merci à eux ! Je recommande a 100% !

Holden a été un hôte au top : souriant, gentil. Il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages et m’a donné d’excellents conseils. Son appartement est une vraie pépite : propre, décoré avec goût, tout était impeccable, rien ne manquait. J’ai vraiment adoré la déco ! Si je reviens, j’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Geweldig appartement om met een gezelschap te verblijven, ruimtelijk. Fijne keuken en supermarkt op nog geen 1 minuut wandelen. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. Het is een prima wandeling je bent er zo. Host is super vriendelijk en reageert snel, je kunt hem alles vragen!

The Airbnb stay was absolutely amazing from the location being so close to the beach to having a well equipped gym inside the building along with a great restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location again I mean, I literally was scheduled for Zumba at the gym. It was super dope and I would definitely revisit this Airbnb location again. The walk to the beach is very short however, if you would like to take a taxi you can, but I walked after the first day towards the beach and beyond the beach area for food and everything.
