Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space in the small town of Azzano in the heart of upper Versilia. The house is entirely built with exposed beams and is composed on the ground floor of a living area with sofa and fireplace and a small living kitchen. Upstairs you can access from typical wooden stairs with a hatch, above you will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, a toilet and the bathroom with shower. Laundry is located on the tavern. Dedicated and well-equipped outdoor area.

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

In the small village of Mulina, in the Municipality of Stazzema, a typical rustic two-room apartment perfect for couples, located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, in Alta Versilia about 15 minutes from the sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Archaeological Mining Site of Molinette, Monte Forato, the karst complex of the Antro del Corchia as well as the Mines of the Silver.

Right at the crossroad between two rivers, Seravezza offers historical gems like the Palazzo Mediceo (UNESCO World Heritage Site), amazing food experiences, folklore festivals and events, and the relaxed and extremely cosy atmosphere typical of small Tuscan villages. Sandy beaches, hiking trails, white marble quarries and historical cities such as Pisa or Lucca are also very easy to reach from here.

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.
