Haruo’s place is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to highways and attractions nearby Yamanashi! The traditional Japanese house with beautiful backyard (with views of the mt Fuji when weather allows) is all you need for a great getaway! Haruo is very friendly and greeted us on arrival and gave us nearby recommendations for places to see and eat! We would definitely be back whenever we visit yamanashi again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriel's home in Hakone. The private indoor and outdoor onsen were absolutely perfect—such a relaxing experience and exactly what we needed to unwind midway through our trip. The space was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable for our group of four. One of the highlights was how accommodating the host was—allowing us to leave our luggage at the home after check-out so we could continue exploring Hakone without the hassle of carrying our bags. It made a big difference and we’re so grateful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Hakone!

It was a pretty last minute booking, but they were very polite. There were plates, nets, charcoal, etc. necessary for the barbecue, and I was able to visit it comfortably.Also, it was helpful to have a place to touch the refrigerator, etc. with shoes. It took me a long time to boil the open-air bath, but I had a very nice experience.The house itself had a very good atmosphere and was clean, so we had a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your smooth response. I was able to park without any problems, despite the narrow roads and parking lot mentioned in the review.(SUV, HiAce) The weather was good and we were able to see the beautiful Mt. Fuji!I felt that it was an environment suitable for group use!

I have used this before, but the staff is very responsive, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the station is relatively close, so it is very convenient! Some people may be concerned about the sound of the train because the tracks are close, but the last train is early and the first train is late, so I think it may affect the sleep time. If you want additional deodorant spray, cleaning tools, cooking utensils, etc., there is also a 100 yen uniform shop nearby, so it is one of the convenient things to be equipped with cheap and moderate items! (Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the example🙇‍♀️)

great area to stay with great Mount Fuji views!

My family and I stayed here for three days and two nights, and we definitely had amazing experiences here. We reached quite late around 7pm but Kyoko-san patiently waited for us, greeted us and gave nice tour around the house. Even the home owner and the other co-hosts were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. For the next two mornings, we were blessed; greeted by the lovely Mount Fuji and the view from the house was spectacular ❤️ We came here during the Eid month, so we even had family Eid photos here! Such memorable experiences, and we would definitely recommend this place to others :)

Beautiful airbnb in a walkable town with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The bikes were an added bonus, my group and I had an absolute blast, it was a very relaxing stay before we head to Tokyo. Thank you thank you!

They also responded flexibly to changes in check-in time, and it was helpful to explain everything from guiding the building to heating. It was a little cold in the winter, but the indoor atmosphere such as the fireplace and fireplace was nice and I enjoyed it. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay, looks just like the pictures and very spacious. The location was great and if you go to the top floor of the mall across the road you might be lucky enough to get a beautiful view of mt Fuji! Our host was fabulous at replying to us and was very accommodating when our situation changed. Thank you :)

We love this beautiful home sososososo much. It’s super clean and quiet at night. The most amazing thing is we can see Fuji mountain in the kitchen and we saw it in the early morning 😆 and the host is super nice and friendly she provided everything I needed. I will recommend this beautiful place for you guys. And don’t miss this amazing place. Also it’s a convenient place too many famous places. Hopefully we can live here again. Thanks you dear host.

Highly recommend this place if you visit Kawaguchiko. The host is very helpful and reply our requests promptly. Free luggage storage before and after check in, check out. They also help to bring luggages to home and back. House is clean, well-maintenance and has a great view of Mt.Fuji. Near the convenient store, bus stop and Kawaguchiko station.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Villa HASEGAWA in Yamanakako. The host 弘義 was incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked many questions before and during our stay, and he patiently answered all of them, Even though we arrieved quite late at around 8pm, but he was still there to warmly welcome us. He even recommended a fantastic local restaurant for dinner, which we really enjoyed. The villa was perfect for a family - spacious, clean and cozy. Truly a great experience. Highly recommeded!!!

Tohru and his wife went above and beyond, they picked us up & dropped us off at the station during our trip. They are so friendly and provided great recommendations on what to do in the area. The annex has a great view of Mt Fuji from the window and was a great space to relax in peace. Tohru also let us use their bikes which also was extremely generous, we used the bikes all day every day, it was amazing to explore the area!

Chihiro Honda’s home was very nice, clean, and easy to get to. Close to multiple restaurants, a cafe, and she gave recommendations to a nearby place to eat which was great. It’s a very walkable distance to Kawaguchiko Station even with carrying luggage’s and it is also a walkable distance to Kawaguchiko Lake. There’s a few konbini’s around for an early or midnight snack. One recommendation I have for those staying is to definitely rent a bike/e-bike as that was one of the greatest experiences I had. The nearby surroundings are beautiful and a bicycle is what I thought as the best and one of the fastest ways to experience Kawaguchiko. I came at the perfect time to see the sakura in full-bloom at Kawaguchiko as well as a couple of days of clear skies for a perfect view of Fuji-san. Everywhere near her home has great views of Fuji-san. If I were to come back to Kawaguchiko, I would definitely stay at her home again, especially during the autumn or spring sakura season.

There was a sauna, and the price was exceptional. The jacuzzi was a winter season, so it was really unfortunate that we couldn't do it. It was a beautiful inn and sauna as pictured, and check-in was easy. I was quick to respond when I messaged in trouble, which was helpful
