A perfect spot for a large group! The pool was great and the common space was large and comfortable! Bedrooms were good size and beds were comfy! Our host was gracious and even brought a birthday cake for my husband. Would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect place to stay at Niagara Falls! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all of the fun. It’s a 5 minute drive to the falls, and a 10-15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. We walked down to Clifton Hill every night for dinner/ shopping/ and entertainment, and even walked to the falls at night to see the lights. The house is beautiful, and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could want or need. Our kids especially loved the attic playroom, full of toys, games, and books, the large basket of blocks in the living room, and the pool and hot tub out back. There are also several games and puzzles in the dining room. The two full bathrooms and one half bath were convenient, and the washer and dryer were definitely a perk as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful place. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The area is safe and so close to the outlets which was a huge plus for us ladies! Hope to stay there again one day!

This cozy studio was the perfect get away for us. We felt relaxed, at ease and comfortable. Milena is a gracious host, the home is stunning, welcoming and it was very well stocked with everything we needed, just like home. It was the perfect location for us to hike the waterfall trails, experience the Botanical gardens and visit with family and friends in Hamilton and Burlington. Will certainly book again for future vacations.

We had a wonderful stay with family for my son’s graduation. Communication with Niki was prompt and helpful. The pool house was a wonderful surprise and we spent most of our time there although there were two other living areas. The home is warm, clean, and meticulously designed, with small touches throughout (soft sheets, candle light, dimmers, heated floor in master bath etc). Incredible fireplaces, plenty of glasses and dishes, and a Sonos sound system for the music lovers like us. All perfect for a celebratory weekend!

It was great to stay at Kathleen's. The place is very spacious and perfect for a one person or a couple. The location is very close to a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a lot more. I like the neighborhood a lot. In the summer, you can also enjoy the park right across the street. The place was very clean, and Kathleen was a great communicator - on top of everything. It really felt like home. I stayed there for one month as I was in between places and honestly I wish I could have stayed more.

The place is gorgeous, clean peaceful and at close proximity to everything. The hosts were easy to reach out to and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. The pictures don’t even do justice to how adorable the place is. I highly recommend booking this place if you want to take full advantage of what Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer! We loved our stay here. The location is lovely - the house is in a nice, peaceful and upscale neighborhood. It is very spacious, and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the nice summer weather. The host was also very flexible and allowed us to check-out late. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Stefanie was very helpful during my stay and made everything very comfortable. her space is beautiful and very welcoming. I will be back and hopefully can book again as it was close to everything I needed and within walking distance which was a bonus.

The home was exactly as promised! Beautiful, luxurious, with lots of sleeping options and places to relax. The seating by the pond was a favourite! Nathan, the property manager, proactively reached out offered assistance. The air conditioning was touch-and-go (the unit in the back of the house would turn on, try to run for a few seconds, then shut off) but we spent a lot of time outdoors any way and it didn't greatly impact our enjoyment of the home. All my guests had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

“Hands down the best AirBnB I have stayed at! It’s gorgeous, clean, extremely spacious, and well decorated with a beautiful modern touch. My friends and I were in awe of the space. All the photos turned out so well thanks to the large ceiling to floor windows which made the lighting impeccable. We didn’t even notice the family on the upper floor —it truly feels like a separate, private place. Our host Sophia was also incredibly responsive and kind throughout the process. It was a great stay at Farid’s place. The place was as described and the locality was very peaceful. We arrived early and Farid was kind enough to accommodate our bags and also provided an early check in. Farid was responsive to our requests and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Shops and restaurants are available in 1-2 km raidus and is walkable if the weather is pleasant. Overall a great stay

My family and I had a great time and would highly recommend this space for anyone considering the area. We very much enjoyed the well-manicured backyard. Overall, we had a phenomenal time and had no issues with the property or host.

Very nice, well-maintained house where we spent 2 nights. It is decorated with very good taste, all the essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, hygiene products...). Comfortable bedding. To be perfect, floor mats would be missing when exiting the bathtub, a strainer, and maybe one or two coffee pods in the kitchen for arrival. But it's a very nice Airbnb that we recommend without hesitation. Self check-in/checkout without problem with clear instructions, wifi ok, washer dryer appreciated. Quiet neighborhood, parking ok. We also appreciated the acceptance of dogs with the walled garden.
