Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Milroy

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fantastic for a group family get away, we had three couples all with children 5 and under. The house was clean, had great hang out space for adults and children. Location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere we wanted. Host was great, no complaints - we appreciated the late check out. Only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to get the Sonos playing in different rooms (not the family room), that wasn’t a big deal as we got it working in the room we were hanging out in. We were apprehensive to spend much time outside as it was clear there had been noise complaints previously with all the signs about noise. But given it was cold, that want a big deal for us - we did love that there were so many outdoor heaters though! We would definitely come again. Thank you for having us!

Dawne is a perfect host right from the start. She is very responsive, gives clear instructions and is very welcoming! We had an amazing stay here. It’s about a 15 min walk into the main town, minutes away from multiple wineries (driving) and the area the house is in is safe and quiet. We enjoyed our time and would book again!

Great spacious house, clean and amazing ducted heating for winter! Great size bedrooms and good bathrooms. As this place is on a main road, there is traffic noise that can be heard from all the bedrooms (ear plugs recommended if you are a light sleeper), however this did not detract from our stay. Great winery (Logan wines) very close and easy to get into Mudgee.

The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends, very spacious, very close to town and nice and quiet! The house was very comfortable for 11 of us and no one was cramped in.

10 of us stayed to celebrate a significant birthday for our mum. The house was ideal as it had a bedroom & bathroom downstairs where she stayed & a further 5 bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of living areas so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other & the outdoor area was the perfect location for her birthday lunch. Quiet area & a quick & easy drive to the shops & local vineyards. Ideal for a large group, would return again.

What an incredible location, right in the centre of one of the most gorgeous historical country towns we have ever seen in our extensive travels. The accomodation is well positioned to all amenities, it was sparkling clean, comfy hotel quality beds, toasty warm aircon. It couldn’t be more perfect!

Emma's place was as described. There's an enormous balcony with extensive views for miles and miles across Mudgee and the area. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos just below the apartment at dawn and dusk. The sunrises were spectacular. Emma replied to our queries really quickly. The property is outside town so it's very peaceful.

This is a fab place to stay, especially if you have some bikes or an affinity for running; there are so many great paths to explore. The house is perfect for all our needs and the sheets are PARTICULARLY lovely! Getting into bed is cozy in this house 👌🏻 the back courtyard is nice for coffee in the morning and the knives are sharp. What more could you need. Highly recommended 💕

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Our little one loved collecting eggs and wandering through the garden (and the sculpture garden too). It was close to town but still felt secluded. The studio is bigger than i expected, with a door separating bedroom and living room (so the baby could be in a different room which was amazing). The main house was just next door which would be a great opportunity for larger groups to join.

Great little cottage for a couple or solo traveller. Has everything that you need in terms of facilities. Well located, walking distance to town centre. Private back from the street. Very comfortable and would happily stay again.

The perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Mudgee! Right in town so east to walk to everything. Beautiful house, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Helena was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The Studio was in a great location only a short walk or drive to town! Very clean, and in a private area, coming equipped with all essentials plus more even having heated blankets which was a nice surprise for the weather.

We had a fantastic stay at McKenna Terraces in Mudgee. We received amazing hospitality and would definitely recommend this to others!
