Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

Great location. Stayed here for a month while waiting for our house to close. Good little yard for dogs and the neighborhood is great. The house itself is pretty tiny, but functional. I think some minor improvements could make this place perfect. I wouldn’t recommend having more than 2 people. Also note that the main house is also an Airbnb and has a pool, so you may hear those guests throughout your stay.

We've stayed at this cottage a few times, and it is genuinely cozy. We also love the location, the quiet and attractive neighborhood, the nearby restaurants and gelato! One of our favorite airbnb's.

Bed is extremely comfortable, hot tube glows at night, fire place has wood, several extra blankets and pillows. Felt like it was better than living at home. Location is awesome. Gorgeous views if you choose to go for a walk. 15 min from salt lake. Awesome experience.

The place was great nice and clean but its the basement to the house with no access in between the entrance is on the back side of the home and you can hear the people upstairs and also has some rules as no people over and not to be loud after 10pm to 7am and a few other lil rules its a family friendly home just to the party thats staying. If you have small or multiple kids not recommend.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet, private space! Gorgeous, clean decor and so many personal touches to create the perfect escape! We loved our stay.

We loved everything about this house! It was clean, inviting and well decorated. They went above and beyond with extras in the bathroom and the bedding was very comfortable. There was no shortage on linens. It was wonderful!!

We stayed for a weekend away in SLC and the blue barn was a great fit! The location was quiet and comfortable and we were close to everything we needed. If you have a car, note that the street has 2 hour parking during the day.

Don’t think about it twice! This is the place to stay I highly recommend this location. I went out to Utah for my sons soccer tournament it was just myself my 8yr boy and my baby I was looking for a safe place close to the park restaurants and in a good area since it was just myself with my children. I can say I made the best choice the house had everything I needed. Everything was nice and clean. The area was calm. it made my stay a lot more easier and comfortable. Thanks for everything TK I had a great experience. It made me feel at home. If I can give 10 stars I would. Thank you

We had a great time at Sandy’s place. It was a perfect location and easy to walk to. Sandy was super helpful and friendly and proactive. We had everything we needed. We hope we can return soon!

was very large, clean, and usable Michelle was very easy to communicate with had everything we needed right there -my wife's biggest concern negated overall an excellent host and venue

Henri did a great conversion of the garage into a very comfortable studio with 2 beds downstairs and an office loft with a sofa. He also added a blackout curtain around the bedroom area for total darkness and it really dampens the sounds as well, but the place is very quiet, no road noises, only birds chirping. Plenty of room and everything you will need for a comfortable stay is provided. He has really thought of everything. This place is in an excellent location and a very good value.

Such a cute and memorable stay. My boys LOVED the loft. The space was designed beautifully. It really felt much bigger with the high ceiling and smart layout!

We stayed here for a week while our daughter got married. The home is beautiful, clean and private. Convenient location for us. Host is responsive to questions and we can recommend without hesitation. We will look forward to the next opportunity to stay here and it will be our first choice.

The guesthouse locates in a serene and peaceful community, while within walking distance for access to the city downtown. The interior is so clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. It really feels like home! I was particularly impressed how close to the State Capitol, which was perfect for enjoying a night walk with the view of downtown after a busy day. There’s also a breathtaking trail to the Ensign Peak which was just a few minutes walk to get started. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
