Very clean and tidy basement unit. Shared entrance then walk down set of stairs to access the basement unit. Full-sized fridge. Natural light shines through basement window in the morning. Conveniently located near amenities. Very friendly host. Simple check-out process. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

After driving for 8 hours it was nice to come to a nice place, super clean, smelt good, and very comfortable I would definitely stay again, the area was nice pretty close to everything and a great price, would recommend!

This lovely basement apartment was perfect for our needs. I gave my friend the proper bed and I used the pull out bed from the chair in the second room, and even that was comfy! Great lighting, hot shower, and everything you need.

We had a great stay at Ruth's. Ample size, full, modern kitchen and comfortable king bed. Ruth was very accommodating and responsive to any of our questions. Being a basement apartment, we did hear footsteps above occasionally but was not an issue for us. We stayed 9 nights and it's at the top of our list the next time we visit SLC.

Michael's place was perfect for my stay in Salt Lake City. The space is clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The neighborhood is charming and in a great location. I hope to stay here again on my next visit!

Mariah and Hailie were very accommodating and responsive. We booked the airbnb same day and were in the studio within 10 minutes of booking. They were very helpful and parking was headache free.

Andrew was an amazing host! Pictures really don't do it justice for how beautiful it actually is. This place is definitely more for those outdoorsy people who only need a place lay their heads while they enjoy the views etc.

We had a great stay in SLC! The unit was as expected, and it was lovely to have the backyard and the front porch to sit outside. The desk was helpful as well for us to work remotely -- of note, there is a door between the bedroom area & office area, but there are no doors between the living/kitchen/office.

Everyone in the process were nice and accommodating, replied to messages in a speedy matter and they were very clear. I would definitely stay there again

Magali and Brent were great hosts! They were friendly, and made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Their home has all that you need for a great stay. Their home was beautiful, and their view was priceless! In 7 days we explored all SLC and the surrounding area offers, as well as worked comfortably remotely.

Great location in SLC and the apartment is updated with all the amenities you need. Easy check in process and Heather communicated well. Only issue was we drove a minivan which did not fit in the car lift. That said it was easy to find street parking. Loved our stay!

Dami and Shary did an amazing job making sure check in was a breeze despite flight delays leading to me getting in past midnight… the apartment was wonderful, clean, and I enjoyed how close it was to the subway… definitely recommend fully!

My family highly recommends Susan’s place. This is our second time staying here because it is clean, quiet, comfortable, and has everything we need. I love the thoughtfulness that has been put into every detail in the home. The blackout curtains, fans, comfortable linens, throw blankets, fully-stocked kitchen (and more) were many of the things we appreciate about the space. Susan is so kind and communicative. We hope to return again.

Great little apartment with all the facilities you’d need and a great gym and social space upstairs.

Cozy basement level room with separate locked entrance. If you're taller than 6 feet you would want to watch your head going down the stairs. Quiet, pristine room with small kitchen and bathroom. Location is near main road with lots to do! Personally loved the massage chair and the Jacuzzi. Thanks for letting us stay for the weekend!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Had a great stay! The space is very nice and the bed is comfortable. The skylights with blinds are awesome! The hot tub was great as well. The host was very communicative- no issues there

Great place to stay in SLC! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for a work conference and Salt Palace Convention Center was about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like in-roon laundry made it feel like home for a week.

Very clean and modern - spectacular views with the large windows - great location and for those not having a car, Ubers always arrived for me within two minutes ! I would stay again

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

Our family loved the stay! I ventured out on an early morning walk throughout downtown and enjoyed temple square and other historic buildings. Would love to stay again!
