Situated in a sunny corner you have exclusive use of a private walled garden/patio area with table and chairs. Up to four guests can accommodated when booked with other listing.

An independent Annex accessed from a courtyard with parking. 3 rooms comprise of a double bedroom, fitted kitchen/dining area (inc cooker, fridge, microwave) shower room with wc. Heated throughout WIFI, SMART TV, patio area and garden views For singles a couple and infant under 2 The kitchen includes a cafeteria and coffee, breakfast starter essentials - bread, butter, tea, milk, fruit juice, marmalade and cereal. Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Converted Barn near Godalming

This peaceful, detached barn with original features is located in the beautiful Surrey Hills. It is situated in the grounds of our family home, next to National Trust woodland and with excellent walking and cycling on the doorstep. The recently refurbished barn has attractive features and comprises a comfortable double bedroom, good sized bathroom and living area with tea and coffee making facilities. There is onsite parking. Excellent local pubs and trains to London are within 2 miles.

Self-Contained Guest Studio Flat

Newly refurbished studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
