Property consists of a recently remodelled bright and unique 1 bedroom cottage with living area and eat-in kitchen all with ocean views. Living room has access to the deck where you’ll enjoy the water views and full sun for most of the day. Cottage has a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are three separate suites, Upper, Lower & The Loft, all with great ocean views. The suites are non smoking. The Upper suite has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes and utensils as well as TV, internet and hair dryer. Outside on the patio is an electric barbecue, table and chairs.
