Villa holiday rentals in Milas

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Her şey fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ev eksiksiz döşenmişti, mutfakta her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev gayet temizdi. 4 kişi kaldık ve havuz da gayet yeterliydi. Markete,restoranlara ve plaja yakındı. Her odada klima vardı, terasın manzarası çok güzeldi. Her şey çok güzeldi, çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, çok konforluydu. Ev sahibi Nur Hanım tüm sorularımıza hızlıca dönüş yaptı, kolaylıklar sağladı. Akbük’te genel bir problem olduğunu öğrendik musluk suları tuzluydu. Çay, kahve yemek için hazır su kullanılması gerekiyor, gidecek olanlara ufak bir bilgilendirme :)

Rabi bey ve Hatice hanım evle ilgili her konuda bana son derece anlayışlı, nazik ve yardımsever davrandılar, ev tertemiz, çok kullanışlı ve huzurluydu. İncir, zeytin, begonvil, nar, mimoza ağaçları içinde bahçe/balkon keyfi ayrı güzel, üst katta manzaralı terası ayrı güzeldi, konumu çok da merkeziydi. Akbük’e geldiğimde başka ev arayışına girmem bile, hayvan dostu oldukları için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Dört kişi (iki çift) olarak 2 gece kaldık, her şey beklediğimizden güzeldi. Ev tertemizdi, odalar ferah ve zevkli döşenmiş. Klima vardı ama havalar serin olduğu için tavan vantilatörleri yeterli geldi. Mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı, bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı hepsi yepyeniydi. Balkondan deniz manzarası harikaydı, çevre çok sakin, akşamları sadece dalga sesi duyuluyor. Plaja yürüyerek 2 dakikada ulaşılıyor, birkaç market de arabayla 5 dakikalık mesafede. İnternet gayet iyiydi, YouTube’lu akıllı TV de keyifliydi. Her gün kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğimizi evde hazırladık. Ev sahibi Ayten Hanım çok tatlı ve ilgiliydi, sanki annemiz gibi davrandı. Bahçesinden limon toplamamıza bile izin verdi. Evde çok sevimli kediler vardı, onları da çok sevdik. Gerçekten çok huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatildi, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz!

The house is very nice as described in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. Especially when compared to a different house we rented in another city in Turkey. The view from 1st and 2nd level terrace was beautiful. It was a nice daily walk down to the beach and the location of house was a nice escape from the overcrowded streets and sidewalks of bustling Bodrum. The instructions posted inside the house were not accurate for the wifi. But, I later checked and confirmed the correct information was available to us in the air bnb app. The house key situation was a little confusing and the door locks to the sea facing doors were a little challenging to get open and closed. But we managed. Our stay was wonderful and after becoming engaged in Istanbul, my now fiance' and I will have fond memories of our experience at this Bodrum villa.

Location, location, location. The villa is exactly as the description and photos say. The best thing is the beautiful outside space and garden with the beach through a gate at the end of the garden. Erim runs the Sahin Motel next door so is available if you need anything. You can use the sunbeds and shades on the private beach for free, or move them into your garden. I also recommend eating at the Motel's restaurant as the food is delicious and you can sit on the terrace watching the sea as you eat. There are two supermarkets 10 minutes drive away which have everything you need for a self catering stay. This is the perfect villa and location for a relaxing holiday.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

We had a truly wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Turkey. The property is spacious, spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. It’s set in a quiet, private location, and the pool – which wraps around the house – became the perfect focal point, especially when dining outside. Our host, Ceren, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to support us when our son needed medical help after a sea urchin mishap – she directed us promptly to the right place. She also gave us plenty of notice for things like the gardener’s visit, always checking what worked best for us. This villa, combined with Ceren’s thoughtful hosting, made for one of our best holidays. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful house in a lovely area. The house was very clean and the amenities were great. The view was amazing and both pools available were incredible. I would love to stay again. Guven was also an incredibly nice and helpful host who made the trip even better. Thank you!

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Öncelikle villa çok nezih ve temiz çok kullanışlı . 9-10 kişi çok rahat konaklayabilir . Eşyalar ve klimalar yeterli , yataklar çok konforlu , mutfak çok temiz kullanışlı . Site de 9-10 villa var zaten ev sahibinin ofisi de sitede . Çok sessiz ve temiz ve havası mis . Adalet hanım çok ilgili bir sorun olduğunda hemen çözüyor . Park sorunu yok çok güvenli . Sadece benim olmasını istediğim şey bahçede bir barbekü veya mangal çok güzel olabilir . Gözünüz kapalı kiralayabilirsiniz . Öncelikle güvenli bir kiralama olacağına garanti veririm . Adalet hanım evin kendi sahibi aracı vb yok . Ben tekrar akbüke gitsem yine kiralarım . Mis gibi çam kokusu içinde uyanmanız dileğiyle .

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Anlage war absolut fantastisch! Die Anlage war makellos sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, was uns sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung vermittelte. Die Pools waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und boten eine erfrischende Abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der direkte Zugang zum privaten Strand direkt von der Anlage aus. Es war ein echter Luxus, einfach die Tür zu öffnen nach 2 min. schon den warmen Sand zwischen den Zehen zu spüren. Die Ruhe an diesem Ort war bemerkenswert, und die hohen Sicherheitsstandards gaben uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl der Gelassenheit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Wir haben die Sauberkeit und Pflege der Anlage genossen, die erstklassigen Pools und die Annehmlichkeit, direkt zum Privatstrand zu gelangen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die ausgezeichneten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ahmet ist der hilfsbereiteste Vermieter, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe! Wir waren zu 7t (2 Familien) in Ahmets Haus- mit der schönsten Aussicht auf Bodrum! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool & die Terasse ein Ort sowohl zum Spaß haben als auch zum entspannen! Wir haben uns mit Ahmets Unterstützung einen Mietwagen geholt (Parkplatz am Haus) und waren täglich auf Stranderkundungstour, bevor es abends auf Stadterkundungstour ging noch etwaige Stunden am Pool! Das Haus hat das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenerdig zum Pool/Terrasse, ebenso im Haupthaus eine Toilette, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse bietet Schattenplätze! Also wenn Bodrum, dann bei Ahmet und Valerie- ein zuvorkommendes und sehr sehr höfliches Vermieterpaar! Absolut empfehlenswert als Rückzugs- und Genusspunkt und Bodrum ist diese Haus!

4 kişi ve bir köpeğimizle birlikte bayram tatilini geçirdik. Burçak Hanım oldukça kibar ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Torba da sakin ve evin konumu itibariyle market, fırın vs. erişimi oldukça rahat. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklanabilir.

öncelikle ev ve bölge bütün ihtiyaçlarımızı giderdi. tertemizdi ihtiyacımız olan tüm malzemeler evde vardı. site çok nezih komşularımız iyiydi. evin hemen önünde havuz biraz ilerisinde 2. havuz vardı. sitede aqua park mevcut bizim için gayet yeterliydi. siteye ait plaj vardı sitenin ücretsiz servisiyle saat başı gidiş dönüş imkanı vardı. sahil taşlık ama su çok güzeldi. aqua parkin yaninda siteye ait market vardi fiyatlari uygundu. sitenin disinda 100 mt ileride migros şok carrefour macrocenter var alisveris icin. bodrum merkeze 35 dk mesafede ulasımı kolaydı.ev sahiplerimiz bizi evde karşıladılar ev yeni temizlenmiş mis gibi kokuyordu. çarşaflar yataklar bizim için hazırlanmıştı. bize ev ve çevre ile ilgili bilgiler verdiler gitmeden kahve bile içtik beraber. sanki arkadaşıma misafirliğe gitmiş ama aynı zamanda kendi evimmis gibi de hissettim. çok güzel bir tatil gecirdik.

Nuray and her sons are very nice and helpful, the house is amazing and the view is just incredible, the house is new and the furniture also, we found everything in the house and we didn’t need anything, they were always there for us when asking about something in bodrum and were always suggesting stuff to do and places to go to. Will surely go back to bodrum and stay at nuray’s house. Thank you for the delightful hospitality.

Boğaziçi mahallesinde sessiz sakin bir villaydı. Sitenin kendi plajının olması önemli bir artıydı. Ayrıca ev modern mimaride yapılmış ve güzelbir bahçesi ve havuzu vardı.
