Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Charming freshly renovated studio with a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioning is waiting for guests. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Charming Stone House "Agrotospito"

Country Stone House with big wood stove restored at 2014. Offers a big private courtyard with stone firewood oven and a barbecue. Check out the cellar where old rural tools and a barrel with the famous local 'agiorgitiko' red wine are kept.
