The house is within a 10 minute drive of the renouned, easygoing atmosphere of Ovabükü and Hayıtbükü beaches and boasts large rooms compared to others in the area. This is a great location from which to explore nearby tourist attractions such as Eski Datça and ruins of Cnidus (Knidos) while providing a quiet respite from the crowds when desired. Smoking is not permitted except at a designated smoking area.

Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
