Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Migjorn

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mallorca with our 18 month old child. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The host and her husband were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the home itself had such an inviting feel and views. Each area and room felt part of a history film. Just beautiful! It was perfect for families, there were books, board games, a high chair, and even a fully equipped kitchen for the nights we chose to cook at home. The daily visits from the friendly cleaning lady kept everything spotless, which was such a treat! The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5 minute walk to great restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars. And the views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mallorca!

First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool und der Grillplatz – perfekt für entspannte Tage und gemütliche Abende. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen sofort persönlich geholfen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Finca absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Notre séjour chez Maria etait très agréable. Le gîte est très propre. Très bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables et nous avons très bien dormi sans entendre aucun bruit. Il y a une superbe terrasse ombragée vue mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Maria est très réactive et toujours prête à vous aider. Elle est charmante. Je l ai beaucoup appréciée. L emplacement du gîte est parfait. La plus belle plage de l île est à cinq minutes et accessibles en bus. Tout près du gîte il y a de bons restaurants et une boulangerie ouverte de 6 h à 23 heures.Louer chez Maria est la garantie d un séjour réussi

We had a great time with a family of 11 (8 adults, 3 children). Everything is well equipped, clean and the swimming pool was a big hit for the kids (although it was still a bit cold). We had barbecues outside and there was also plenty of space inside the house to chill. Bedrooms are big, with each it’s own bathroom with bath and/or shower. Supermarket was closeby and the beach is just a short drive away. Would recommend this place!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und meine zweijährige Tochter konnte viel alleine draußen ums Haus herum spielen und Dreirad und Laufrad fahren (ist beides vorhanden, genauso wie Sandspielzeug, Kuscheltiere, Kleinkindbücher). Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut geeignet für Kleinkinder. Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés, wir haben aber immer in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts und die Fenster lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Carmen und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgeber und waren immer erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen!

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

This apartment is a real gem. Such a comfortable and homely place to stay and come back to after a day out on the beach. Loved the balconies and the swimming pool. The bakery over the road is a real bonus and it was easy to walk to the beach even for my 91 year old Mum! Also think it was the most beautiful cove. Great selection of restaurants - we tried many! Everything was perfect and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends. A lovely relaxing week - thank you.

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Ons verblijf (met onze dochter van 6 maanden) was erg fijn bij Petra! Goed appartement met een heerlijke grote rustige tuin die je met de eigenaren deelt en hun 2 lieve honden en katten. Ook heb je een eigen terras wat je kan afsluiten. Parkeren kan voor de deur in de straat, daar is voldoende plek. Om de hoek zit een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. Alcúdia ligt op een paar minuten wandelen. Erg leuk stadje. Zou het verblijf zeker aanraden. Petra zorgt voor een warm welkom en is makkelijk bereikbaar voor tips of andere vragen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Nicht weit von einer kleinen Bucht entfernt. Mit dem Auto kann man einfach von dort aus die Insel erkunden. Silvia war leicht zu erreichen und hat sofort bei Problemen geholfen. Zur Ankunft gab es ein Verpflegungspaket , das war eine super Überraschung. Die Finca und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Amaturen in den Duschen könnten ein Update gebrauchen. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Maria’s place was so beautiful and would definitely stay again! Had no issues checking in and she promptly came when we arrived to give us the keys and show us how the pool cover works. Left us to do our things and didn’t bother us at all which was really nice.

I loved every moment of our stay at Doris' place. It is well stocked with everything a guest might need, the linens are premium, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay, the place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. I also loved all of her personal home decor touches and art collection. Upon arrival, we were met with a representative who walked us through the house and provided us with all the information we would need. Doris has considered all the details carefully ensuring that our stay is memorable. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for a tranquil, quiet place to stay.

Das Anwesen war technisch auf höchstem Niveau und baulich hervorragend ! Der große Garten mit den Früchten ,ein zusätzliches Erlebnis um frische Säfte zum Frühstück zu genießen. Ein Highlight einen so großen und schönen Pool zu haben. Rundherum einfach super! Kleines Manko waren die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel….

WONDERFUL RETURN TRIP This was our second stay at this lovely house and it was just as great as the first time. It is really spacious, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. The pool is perfect, clean and a great size, and ideal for cooling off after a short walk back from the beach. We were so pleased to find a table tennis table this time, such a fun addition that kept everyone entertained throughout the week. The location is fantastic, with a lovely local feel, and a short car journey to Cala D'Or. Just across the road is a hotel that runs a children’s holiday club and disco in the evenings. You can hear it a little sometimes, especially if you are sitting outside, but it is not overbearing and didn’t impact our holiday at all. A big thank you to Ingrid and Salvador, who are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with delicious Mallorcan cakes when we arrived. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Die Finca liegt recht abgelegen, idyllisch umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Hügeln und Büschen. Das Haus ist riesig, mit einem großartigen Pool, mehreren Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand er lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir hatten zwei Kleinkinder dabei, für die es Hochstühle, Babybetten und eine Babybadewanne gab. Da man den Garten und die Pool-Area verschließen kann, haben wir uns hier mit den Kids sehr sicher gefühlt.

Wir haben mit insgesamt sechs Freunden eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt alles (und mehr) als man sich vorstellen kann. Schöne und ruhige Lage noch dazu, die Kommunikation ebenfalls super. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Filomena and Dario place. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The outside area was the best part of the house — perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
