This was a perfect base for a family vacation on Mallorca. Antonia was a lovely host and very responsive. The house has everything you could need, including bikes and beach toys to borrow.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

This villa is absolutely impressive. The complex sprawls along the corner of a cove in Cala d’Or. Special nooks and grottos abound along with the lovely coos of mourning doves and other creatures. The inside is loaded with interest pieces of art and decorations. Bedrooms are comfy. Plunge into the sea when ready and after a swim or trip to the nearby beach climb back easily to the property. Picture worthy backgrounds are all around. Although the villa does not have AC, we managed to stay cool with the pleasant weather in late May and early June. There are so many windows that, with a bit of thought, one can keep things comfortable. Know that the property is buggy - especially by the rocks - but spray worked well. Rachel is a terrific host who offers some fun extras. For us, this included home delivery of delicious paella and a seafood pasta dish. All served up at an outside dinner table with spectacular views of the sea. We became one with this place and will never forget it.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. The beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris for the second time and had another great vacation!

We had a great stay! The villa was amazing and margalida was very helpful throughout our stay and was always on hand for any queries. Definitely would stay again!

Loved our stay at Mario’s place. The apartment is walkable to the main strip and backs on to a gorgeous hike to a castle on a nature reserve. Mario was very helpful and kindly responded to all of our questions about the area. The apartment was clean, as described and stocked with bits needed for a short trip. Would stay again! What a beautiful place! Truly one of a kind. The grounds are breathtaking and the trail to hike down to the sea is next to the property. We loved the traditional Mallorcan character of the house (tile floors, wooden windows and shutters, locally made linen textiles). But the house also had modern appliances and bathrooms. Lots of space to lounge - both indoors and outside. The location is very private on a gated road, so no traffic and no tourists. Highly recommend!

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is possible without problems, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come again. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, modern and very cozy. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great location - we immediately felt at home. Nice house in great location. The terrace is a dream. The bay and beach are within walking distance, which is a huge advantage for families. There is even a sub, air mattresses and swimming accessories in the garage. Everything your heart desires. We felt right at home and would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

We spontaneously spent a week in Antonia's and Sebastian's accommodation and we had a very good time. You have a great view of the sea from the apartment, both from the downstairs and the Above. The apartment has all the amenities and is superbly located. 35 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ses Salines, 20 minutes from Cala Llombards/Santanyí. There are also some very nice beaches right by the apartment. Antonia and Sebastian gave us very nice and beautiful tips. We will be happy to come back. The two were very warm hosts and we wish them all the best.

This is a beautiful location with outstanding views in an unspoiled and quiet part of the Island. Lots to do in surrounding area, vineyards, cultural towns and hiking.
