Cheryl’s home was above standards with flexibility for our stay, accommodations we needed to give us plenty of room while also being cozy, and was priced well for the area when comparing to other homes. We were given the flexibility we needed while staying with our baby and family. When we needed something during the stay, we could count on Cheryl to respond to us within minutes. Check-in was so easy and there were simple steps during our checkout process that didn’t seem too overwhelming. We will definitely be staying again as it was central to both sides of our distant family.

Home met our family’s needs perfectly. Kitchen was spacious & well equipped for preparing meals and bedrooms were cozy. The house is decorated lovely, and we enjoyed the huge front porch. Hosts were very helpful & responsive. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Great home for a family weekend and Penn State game. It was a night game, but we were still home from the stadium in 90 min! Elizabeth was an impeccable host - we are so grateful we found this gem !

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities the home had to offer. We were traveling with 2 dogs so the fenced yard was wonderful to have! Walking into the home after a long day it was nice to have a few snacks available as well as a list of recommended places to go. The home is a cozy football theme which both my husband and I love. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy, and has everything you need as if you were at home. Chris was very quick to respond to questions during booking and stay. We will keep this place in mind for future trips!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Spacious, great location, and well-laid-out. I would love to stay here again when I visit State College next time. The host was extremely responsive, and all instructions were clear. Definitely book here if you’re considering a trip to Penn State!

Dawn was a superb host who takes immense pride in her Airbnb accommodation, the quaint little blue house. It offered a cozy retreat, and we were impressed by the beautiful outdoor space. The secure, fenced-in yard was a haven for the kids. We certainly plan to book again.

Everything as advertised

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We were looking for a peaceful place to relax, and this spot was just perfect. During our visit, we had the pool all to ourselves, which made it even more special. One of the highlights was getting a glimpse into the lives of families living in camper vans. It was both humbling and inspiring. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

My husband worked at Hartman Center Church Camp many many years ago-we were so happy to see that someone has given it the loving tender care it deserved and not let it just fall into disrepair. We enjoyed the neat clean cabin-the solitude-and would recommend the cabins to anyone. Also know you could promote fishing in the area with all the local trout streams in the area' Kelly

This was my fiance and I first air BNB stay ever and it was absolutely amazing. Holly our host was very helpful and everything was exactly how it was shown in the photos. 10stars for sure. Thank you so much Holly for your amazing hospitality. 😊 We will definitely be back to Pennsylvania!!!

We enjoyed our time at the Tiny House. Very clean and cute decorations.

We had a last minute reservation and the cute little bungalow was perfect space for my kids and me and it was a quick 25 min drive to Penn state. Everything was quick and clean and easy to understand.

There are places you stay and then there are places you enjoy. This is one of those places you will enjoy. Surrounding area mixed with this charming tiny house will make you feeling instantly at ease.

Highly recommend this adorable tiny home. It was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. The campground was perfect for walks, the hot tub was amazing and it wasn’t far from state collage. We would love to come back again.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. Location is very close to stores, restaurants and Penn State campus. House was very clean and the couch was so comfortable we are actually thinking of getting a similar one in our own home. Very happy with our stay.

Had a great time staying at this location for the Ironman 70.3 Happy Valley event. The home worked out well for our needs, had plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals at the house and if we wanted to go out there was a great pizza/Italian restaurant right across the street. The house was very close to campus as well and it was in a nice neighborhood. Local YMCA, grocery store and bike shop were very close by.

Accommodations were as described. Host was very responsive and reasonable. Overall. I would definitely rent again if in the area.

This house was the perfect location and exactly as described. It fit 4 adults and 6 kids very comfortably and we were able to walk everywhere. The house also had plenty of chairs and items for tailgating. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice space for a small group. Fun little outdoor space to sit or grill. Convenient parking.

Awesome stay! James was a super-fast communicator and great host- After our long drive he had a bottle of wine and treats for us, which was much appreciated. Quick uber ride to campus- Would definitely stay here again !
