Isabelle welcomed us with a lot of sympathy. This place is peaceful and pleasant, conducive to rest. We loved our stay. I highly recommend this charming place.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

We had a great time. The description of the accommodation and amenities is perfectly in line with reality. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. The place is very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed.

Loved being just a short walk/uber from the city center and also right on the trails and quick access to the lake front. The pool and terrace were fabulous. The beds comfy. Beverages provided were a nice touch. Patricia was warm and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Well located and good size apartment for 1 or 2 people. Great decor and huge terrace. Accessibility by a slightly steep staircase. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

Ideally located in the resort. In front of the toboggan run, perfect for the kids. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the outdoor courtyard. The apartment is rather large in snow apartment standards which is nice. A downside on the noisy forced mechanical ventilation during showers. The resort is ideal for families.

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Remarkably clean accommodation! It has been tastefully decorated and it feels like home, we really loved it! Flexible on arrival time which allowed our son to eat and nap on our son when we arrived 😄 Sledding available, perfect for a few descents in Morzine 🛷 The hosts are super nice and very nice to chat. And their cats love petting 🐈 We can't wait to come back home soon!
