We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times! The apartment is cozy, super clean, and has everything you need. Aleksandra is incredibly kind and thoughtful — she even left us homemade treats and little surprises. And her pets are adorable! Felt like home. Highly recommended!

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything clean and nicely decorated. The slope of the roof can be a bit annoying for taller people (as the previous speakers said). But you don't have to get started;-) The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, plenty of tea and coffee were in stock and you could use freely. The location was great and quiet (despite the window open at night). Price/quality ratio great. Glad to come back.

The holiday home Anni was a great house. We were with two small children and we lacked nothing. The space was clean and decorated with a lot of love. The garden with the sandbox was a highlight for our big one. In addition, the contact with the hosts was very sweet and our questions were answered immediately. There were also some swimming facilities that could be reached quickly by car. Thank you so much for having us as your guests! We'd love to come back 🌻

The accommodation could not have been better in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness and interior design. There is so much love in every little detail that you fall in love with the little car and feel at home - or even better - thanks to the floor heating. The beautiful natural stone floor, the huge garden, the sunny veranda, the comfortable sofa, the two 180 beds, the TV in the golden picture frame as well as the artfully designed bathroom of cups, plates and other ceramic parts will be remembered as well as the beautiful soap dish or the converted forks and spoons (as hooks). I love upcycling (new creation from old things) and the ornate overall arrangement in the small wagon in Stubbenfelde was a definite highlight. In addition, there is the exposed and quiet location between Kölpinsee, Achterwasser and walking distance sea with the fish hunter snack bar, where you can take a small break with drink, ice and the best fish rolls directly on the beach. Conclusion: It couldn't be better. We would be happy to come back if we find a gap in the occupancy calendar. Absolute recommendation for all who seek peace and nature. Thank you, Iwona, for letting us use your house. Everything was great from the start, the short walk to the beach was also very quiet and relaxing. Fortunately, it only rained one day and then it was very cozy behind the house. Pure tranquility. This is what a short trip should be like.

Peter, a very nice host. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Jessy, maybe one day. A very secluded place for those who like peace and quiet. Our dog was happy because he was allowed to run because the property is fenced. Fully equipped apartment. Overall great, we recommend.

Very nice apartment. If I were to improve something it would be the shower cabin. The bathroom was very nice and big but the shower cabin was very tight.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The quiet, rural environment is great for being able to really switch off. We felt totally comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an incredibly great view directly to the sea. The apartment is located a bit outside, which makes it very quiet. The stay is well suited with child(ren), due to the adjoining playroom and the pool as well as the immediately adjacent beach.

Very nice reliable host. Check in and checkout was flexible and we were very accommodating. The apartment is really nice and very centrally located, very modern and directly on the promenade with a beautiful balcony! Very great mattresses! We slept very well and were more than satisfied with this apartment. The price-performance ratio was also excellent in our time! We would be happy to come back to this apartment soon. ☺️

If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The proximity to the Baltic Sea and to restaurants and entertainment make it the perfect choice for a multi-day break. The lake in front of the door invited you to refresh yourself and your dog and the numerous activities on site are worth mentioning. The accommodation is as described and very cozy. Only the bed creaks a little and its best years may be behind it. Furthermore, it was not clear to me from the advertisement that the apartment is on the 1st floor and is reached via a relatively steep staircase, which could possibly be a problem for some people, but at least for some dogs. But in summary: a great accommodation in a great environment. We'll be back.

Beautiful, brightly furnished apartment, very suitable for a family with 2 children. The location is great if you have some peace and not want to stay right on the promenade. Everything important can be reached on foot.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Very nice cottage, Lidl just around the corner where there was also a fun park ( hustle), just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Beautiful quiet apartment with view of the countryside. Everything as described and great communication. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.
