Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Midtown - Downtown, Columbia

What we loved most about Lakisha's was the back yard space! Private with comfortable seating options and surrounded by trees and visited by lots of song birds! We spent lots of time there. The house was very clean. The color scheme throughout was chic and relaxing. She has just about every kitchen gadget (blender etc) you would want! The bedroom had the feel of a spa and the bed was so comfortable with nice linens. It was very helpful to have the large closet with and iron and ironing board1 Both bathrooms were lovely - it is really nice to have that extra half bath! I was working on a photo book project and there was a perfect table downstairs to spread out for that and plenty of other places to set up our computers etc. We loved that Lakisha provided games. There were lots of lights, outlets, ceiling fans and remotes to operate all those things. The Wifi never failed us! Lakisha was very responsive and helpful!

Was a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown attractions. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but overall was a nice place to stay.

This is such a perfect home. All the details really make it feel special. The beds were super comfortable and you can tell they put a great deal of care into the location.

The place itself is amazing very beautiful those lil houses you see in magazines is definitely this one style wise Joab literally got in his car an came to help with the Wi-Fi very peaceful

We cannot say enough about how truly wonderful our stay at Ben's home was. He went above and beyond to help make our weekend extra special! We were in town for our son's college graduation, and Ben's kindness, flexibility, and generosity made the weekend so memorable. He even included a congratulatory bottle of champagne for the grad. His home was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed with EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. Communication throughout was easy and always responsive. We loved having one of our favorite breakfast restaurants, Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits, right around the corner. Thank you, Ben!!!

The stay at Gus’ was good. Fairly centrally located with private parking so it was easy to go where we wanted. Wouldn’t mind booking again if we find ourselves back in SC.

This was our second visit and we already booked to return again. Exceptional accommodations! Spacious and quiet inside with very nice outdoor space too. I spent half of each day working and the desk area is very comfortable and accommodating. We really love it here! Thank you for the arrival snacks!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was even more beautiful than the photographs. It was spacious with a private entrance. It had the feel of a hotel suite as the host offers all of the small important things, "Qtips, makeup cleansing cloths, coffee pods, creamer, etc.) The space is well-lit, open, larger than it appears and was a great space to host a small toast before heading to a family event. Highly recommended and responsive host. Thank you!

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Jillian's home was amazing. I was visiting Columbia to attend a graduation. Initially, I thought the location would be too far away from downtown Columbia, but it was a straightforward drive. It wasn't a long drive at all. So many grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 drive. The home was spacious enough for a quick trip and was charming. Jillian was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had, and that was extremely appreciated. Thanks again!

it was a super clean place and was very close to downtown and william brice stadium. had a great time staying there!

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

T's place was very cozy and easy to find. She was a great host and super communicative, always looking out for me, like when a storm took out the power. She reached out, kept me updated and offered candles so I wasn't sitting in the dark.

A very clean, well designed space. Beautifully decorated inside & out. The beds were comfortable and the home had EVERYTHING you could need during your visit.

Definitely was pleased. very cozy with a dash of elegance. Burned one of her mixing bowls but she brushed it off. Tvs in all rooms. Furniture well kept, pleasant clean smell over entire home. Hot water didn't run out and unspotted towels. Wish I could stayed longer. Constantly in and out. Thank you for the last min. reservations

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.

I booked this place last minute ( the day of ) and when I got there everything was clean and ready. The place is super cozy it felt like home. Lots of kitchen utensils to cook which was the best. They had some extra spices and some cleaning products available. I definitely recommend

Great place! Was there for a couple weeks. Didn’t have any issues like the previous reviews. Train is not an issue, or bugs and parking.
