Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown - Downtown, Columbia

Cannot say enough good things. This was our 1st stay at an Air B&B and it was excellent. My family stayed for my son's Army graduation, easy access to post, food, anything. The place had what we needed in the kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The house has great character and charm to go with the time it was built. Thank you David for your fast response and help.

What we loved most about Lakisha's was the back yard space! Private with comfortable seating options and surrounded by trees and visited by lots of song birds! We spent lots of time there. The house was very clean. The color scheme throughout was chic and relaxing. She has just about every kitchen gadget (blender etc) you would want! The bedroom had the feel of a spa and the bed was so comfortable with nice linens. It was very helpful to have the large closet with and iron and ironing board1 Both bathrooms were lovely - it is really nice to have that extra half bath! I was working on a photo book project and there was a perfect table downstairs to spread out for that and plenty of other places to set up our computers etc. We loved that Lakisha provided games. There were lots of lights, outlets, ceiling fans and remotes to operate all those things. The Wifi never failed us! Lakisha was very responsive and helpful!

Very cozy and quiet. She also let me check in early because we left the military base super early which was extremely nice of her. The place was spotless and nothing was wrong! I would definitely stay here again (:

Excellent host! Very responsive. House was very clean and exactly as described. Very reasonable checkout duties! While the route to the house passes through a few areas that may be considered slightly less desirable, the neighborhood immediately surrounding the property is well-maintained and appears safe.

Very clean, within driving distance of many restaurants and stores. David’s communicated amazingly and made sure we were comfortable!

This space was everything we needed for our weekend. We were in town for a family reunion and the apartment was just perfect for relaxing and getting the rest we needed. My husband and I loved how firm the mattress was as we don't have the best backs. Our daughter loved the den and felt it was her own private bedroom "with a cool view of the trees!". Family game night with Jenga was a hoot (provided by the host) and we ordered dinner to make it complete. We would absolutely stay here again and probably will soon to visit family again! Adorable, quiet neighborhood. 10/10

This is our second stay and my wife absolutely loves it. As long as we’re not bringing our grandkids or another couple with us that weekend it’s perfect for us. we’ll definitely be booking with them again, everything you want in a host/hostess you’ll find in David and Janice.

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

you will not go wrong with this place very private clean & quiet. Well worth the price. Cynthia never bothered me about anything, I felt right at home so much so that I wish I could lease it out. Very Important: I travel with my own towels b/c never trust the ones there I actually didn't have to b/c her's was clean. I highly recommend this place & every chance I get that will be my place

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Harry's Airbnb! From the moment I booked, Harry's communication was top-notch. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and provided detailed information about the check-in process and local recommendations. The location of the place is perfect! Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, I was just a short walk away from amazing restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable.

T's place was very cozy and easy to find. She was a great host and super communicative, always looking out for me, like when a storm took out the power. She reached out, kept me updated and offered candles so I wasn't sitting in the dark.

A very clean, well designed space. Beautifully decorated inside & out. The beds were comfortable and the home had EVERYTHING you could need during your visit.

Erika's place was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal, the bed is dreamy, and the thoughtful touches in the condo made us feel at home. We will absolutely stay here again.

This place was perfect for a visit to USC. The campus is easily accessible and walkable. A really great location. We plan to stay here in the future when visiting our daughter. Berenice was very responsive and friendly!

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.

This was such a great place to stay! It was immaculate upon arrival and everything seemed brand new. The beds and linens were AMAZING. We literally did not want to get up! Kitchen was well stocked; bathroom was super clean; tv worked without any issues. Location was great. Would be perfect for USC family weekend, a football game, or college tour. Check-in instructions were super easy to follow & the hosts were super communicative. Highly recommended this gem!

Jeff’s place looks exactly like the pics & location is perfect being downtown with lots to do. His crew was extremely friendly, helpful & very communicative. Any questions we had they answered within mins and made us feel right at home. The pool was open & beautiful. Neighbors are friendly & quiet. Didn’t have any problems. I hope their place is available to book again when I return!
