Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

Near the shore is our impressive 40 m² "dyke loft" with a ceiling height of 3.20 m. Once a storage room for fishing nets, it is now a lovingly designed quarter with its own entrance. Ideal for 2 people, the loft is perfect for short breaks and cyclists passing through. Enjoy the beautiful view directly on the lake. The 18 m² cottage has an equipped kitchen with sitting area, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and fridge. It has a 1.40 x 2 meter double bed ( bedding included), a sofa bed and toilet with sink. Access is via a 10 m long staircase and a jetty. The terrace has outdoor furniture and parasol. Built in 2024, this house is very quietly located on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10000 sqm property is stocked with fruit trees and berry shrubs and invites you to snack and romp for the children. You can bathe , barbecue ,campfire , relax on the terrace or just unwind. Fishing and horseback riding on dates. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (along with "Exclusive Lake House) can also be booked. Then space for 12 people

Cozy house with plenty of space

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, spacious, accessible space. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed(180x200) and a sofa bed (150x200). For other guests there is an extra bed (70x180) and/or an air bed (140x200). Two terraces and the large garden invite you to great summer evenings outdoors. The house is right on the city border to Bremerhaven.
