I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as usual at the reception) upon arrival, they immediately check in to the room, which has already previously turned on the heating and hot water boiler. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy,nice,freshly renovated. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: sea, embankment,lake and "singing" fountains with night lighting

building is located in Jarwal district in the Al-Sada neighborhood, which is located near the well of Towa, in which the Prophet Mhammed صلى الله عليه وسلم stayed and bathed from its water for three days before heading to Mecca in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage. It was called "Al-Sada", but now most of them have become hotels that are rented during the Hajj and Umrah seasons due to their proximity to the central area of theHaram It has all the needs such as grocery, laundry, gift shops.etc
