Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

Deze moderne vakantiewoning heeft alle troeven in handen om je een geweldige vakantie te bieden: cosy, comfortabel, stijlvol en artistiek ingericht, met ambachtelijk servies, een heerlijke regendouche, een prachtig privaat terras in het groen. Rustige ligging in de nabijheid van natuurreservaat de Maten, het fietsroutenetwerk, en het domein Bokrijk. Cultuur opsnuiven, tafelen of shoppen kan je in Genk en Hasselt. De host is keramiste en geeft je graag uitleg over haar ambacht in haar atelier.

De gast suite is gelegen in de achtertuin van ons perceel, en is te bereiken via een zijpoort van ons huis. De studio heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden(80-200) en een gezellig zitje met 2 stoelen. TV aanwezig. Er is een keukentje aanwezig waarin zich een magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en koelkastje bevinden. Het is niet mogelijk om uitgebreid te koken. Er staat een kleine eettafel met 2 stoelen. Voor de Guesthouse heeft u een klein buitenterras met 2 zitplekken.

Attractive spacious living room with TV and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso, stove and all cooking utensils. The Chalet is located near the port of Wanssum. At a smaller distance from De Maasduinen National Park. The garden house has 40 m2 surface, with 2 x 1 pp 90x200 beds and scaffolding sofa bed 120x200, a pellet stove, air conditioning, kitchen with built-in oven, induction and refrigerator. A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.
