The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object impresses with its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof. The house can ideally accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog).
