Nice views. Nice modern apartment and building. The only small negative is the traffic noise when on the balcony during busy times. It's bearable, but does detract a little from the ocean views.

David was very welcoming and the Airbnb well provided with utensils for serving larger number of guests but not only that included games and entertainment. Was even very welcoming with offering to use some fresh vegetables on site, overall the place was beautiful and was a very peaceful stay .

We stayed at the farmhouse with two kids and a puppy (which isn’t usually allowed but they were nice enough to let our pooch stay). There was so much room and activities for everyone that we couldn’t get through everything in the long weekend we stayed. Dan the host was also great in talking us through the home and also where things are on the property and the diverse range of fruit trees (which we could use for a juice if we wanted). The furniture is basic with everything you need especially the kitchen with a 6 burner stove 3 ovens and double door fridge but it’s nothing too fancy. But that suited us with the heating in the lounge room working the entire communal area (which is very large) and as it was 6 degrees at night but 20 during the day it was perfect to turn on after coming inside from feeding brushing the farm animals.

We had a lovely 2 night stay and although it rained there was plenty to keep us occupied. table tennis, pool table, games, television & feeding the lovely wildlife. Lovely mother wallaby with joey came for a visit morning & afternoon, kangaroos, birds & we saw a possum at night. Terrific secluded bush land setting with beautiful views to wake up to in the morning from the 2 ensuited bedrooms. highly recommended this home.

Lake front Villa & Suite at The Moorings Lakehouse

We stayed in both the Lakehouse Suite and Lakehouse Villa (total of 6 persons). Both were squeeky clean, beautifully styled and had amazing views over the lake. The kitchen in the villa was well equiped, which was perfect as we catered for ourselves the whole weekend. Although the weather was fairly poor, this did not dampen our spirits becuase the venue was so beautiful. We found ample to do - made use of the sauna (including an icy dip in the lake!), had an outside bath, and kept the fire stoked in the villa the whole weekend. There was board games supplied, and we took strolls around the property whenever the weather broke to the Pagoda, Veggie garden and jetty. David was an amazing host. Communication was excellent, and we had no trouble finding everything. We asked if we could bring our well behaved dog, and he was welcomed. We appreciated the trust David puts in his guests, and found there were no stringent rules to follow at every turn. We felt very much at home.

Utopia - Smiths Lake - Luxury Family Home

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had great time with both the house and the location. The house has good view of the lake. We enjoyed everything here, bbq on the deck, private sauna room, lift, entertainment room, pool table, gym room, table tennis table, kayaking and paddling to the sand bar (many times), fishing on the lake. Would definitely come back.
