The apartment is simply perfect! Great for two or three people. In fact, the pictures don't live up to the place... It's really a very cozy and welcoming place. Everything was in the most perfect order and organization, smell of cleanliness in every room. It's all very impeccable. Marcelo was extremely attentive from the very first moment. I will definitely rent the space again when I can return to Recife!

The apartment is next to the largest and newest mall in Recife, RioMar! Cross the street and you are inside the mall, which in turn has everything, from a supermarket to a pharmacy and restaurants. On Pina beach, the address is completely centralized, close to the main beaches and the center of Recife, as well as a direct route to Olinda. The apartment comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people, on the east side (with shade in the afternoon), and still has air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. I highly recommend Gustavo to anyone who is interested in hosting!

Simply Perfect! My stay was wonderful from start to finish. The host was super attentive, always quick to respond and very helpful with all questions. The apartment was impeccably clean, well decorated and exactly as in the photos - even better! The location is excellent, close to everything I needed and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and the small details (such as coffee, fragrant towels and local tips) made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it with my eyes closed. We were moving to Recife and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for a more permanent home. This apartment was perfect and we were very happy with everything about it. It was exactly as advertised. The location is exceptional and the people who work in the apartment complex were always super professional and helpful. Orquidia, the owner, was also very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment.

The stay was very quiet. Complete and comfortable apartment. I thought it was perfect for 1 or even 2 people. Everything was great. Well-located building, easy to get an Uber, close to the airport and there is also a grocery store in the garage that makes life much easier. I only missed a hair dryer (we got heavy rain on Saturday night and then there was no way to dry my hair). The wardrobe door needs maintenance, but nothing that would disrupt the stay (I spoke to the host and she said it was about to be fixed).

the condominium is very pleasant, the house is good .We live unforeseen with the air-conditioning, but which has been remedied. Communication with the host and the person in charge was very good. Deixo as a suggestion, to make it even more cozy, an inclusion of affective decor items and on the terrace a comfortable table and chairs set so that guests can enjoy the climate and breeze that comes from the sea in comfort.
