Holiday rentals in Miamou

Words cannot describe enough the wonderful time we had staying here. We stayed in 2 other places in our visit to Crete as this was by far the best and our favourite! The village is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant has amazing food which is cooked by Georgious (who is a great chef!) and the local cafe also has amazing food (you have to try Lefki’s Galaktoboureko it’s divine!) The atmosphere of the whole village is perfect. The surroundings are serene and beautiful and watching the sunset behind the mountains is a magical experience. Maria is one of the kindest, gentlest and warmest people you could ever meet and she really made our holiday one we will never forget. She recommended many places to visit and things to do which were amazing and we would not have found them without her! We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and the great evenings we had chatting under the stars by the mountain. We will be back very soon to visit!

La casa de Vasiliki está genial. Todo nuevo, super limpio y cómodo. Además ella es una persona encantadora que hizo que la estancia fuera todavía mejor: nos dejó comida, agua y hasta un vino. ¡Sin duda repetiríamos!

Our experience here was the highlight of our stay in Crete! Federico provided us with detailed recommendations of some of his favorite spots nearby, and we visited as many as we could. Each one was a beautiful destination with no tourists and occasionally some fellow locals. And his food recommendations were some of the best food we had! As for the house itself, it’s a beautiful, private villa made with love by Federico

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful time staying here! Niki and her family are very friendly and welcoming. Wir sind mit Freunden und Babys (insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 2 Babys (8&10 Monate alt)) in die Villa zu Savas & Maria gereist und die Villa war traumhaft schön (noch schöner als auf den Fotos)! Für unsere Reisegruppe war die Villa einfach nur perfekt, wir hatten unsere Ruhe, konnten entspannen und die Kinder hatten auf der Riesen Terrasse genug Platz zum Spielen. Savas & Maria haben dankenswerterweise für unsere Kids alles nötige zur Verfügung gestellt (Babybett, Babystühle, einen kleinen aufblasbaren Pool und jede Menge Spielzeug). Sauberkeit wird in der Villa großgeschrieben, uns wurde die Villa in einwandfreiem Zustand übergeben! Abgerundet wurde die Villa abends durch die überwältigende Sonnenuntergänge! Savas & Maria waren äußert kommunikativ, haben uns super Empfehlungen gegeben und jederzeit erreichbar! Wir möchten uns ausdrücklich nochmal für eure Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und einem traumhaften Aufenthalt bedanken! Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta kommen, dann zu euch!

This holiday was everything we wanted it to be. Our family includes architects and designers, we were all impressed by the well considered design, the detailing of the villa and the impressive panoramic views. We loved the contemporary approach and enjoyed the comfortable modern styling of the interior. The villa is totally private and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful with plenty to explore.

Belle maison confortable et au calme à Tsikgounas, véhicule indispensable. Heraklion à 1h30, Phaistos à 45mn, belles plages alentours dans les 30mn de voiture. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et l'isolement du lieu : les clochettes des brebis et les étoiles la nuit. Merci pour le séjour.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Die Lage und der Balkon mit dem Blick aufs Meer sind wunderschön. Die Küche ist sehr neu und es macht Spaß sich in der Unterkunft aufzuhalten. Jedoch waren wir überrascht, dass das Apartment einen geteilten Balkon hat, welches wir in der Beschreibung wohl überlesen hatten und auf den Fotos anders aussah. Auch hatten wir Probleme mit Moskitos, da es weder ein Moskitonetz am Bett oder in den Fenster gab, schade. Insgesamt ist es aber eine traumhafte Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.
