Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Miami-Dade County

I loved the stay at Hilary's. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. When I arrived, even though it was almsit 11 pm, Hilary was there to welcome me. The room offered plenty of privacy and it was spotlessly clean. Would 100% recommend the place.

Perfect stay, from A to Z. Diana is a great host and her place is exquisite. It has everything you need and many little details to make your stay even more comfortable and make you feel even more welcome. My wife and I will gladly stay at this great place again in the future.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Ernesto’s spot is very accessible if you want to visit the Everglades & Biscayne National Parks. It’s in a secure neighborhood (if you’re luck you’ll come across some cute little kittens!) he was very responsive and the spot was perfect for one person coming just for a good night sleep!!

It was great for what I need. Just a spot to rest and not a far drive from the spots I wanted to visit

A good place to stay in Miami, the area is very quiet, close to shopping, also close to public transportation. The place has everything you need for a quiet stay and the owners are quite friendly.

This place was perfect for a weekend trip. Actually it is perfect for any length of time. Clean, close to everything in Coconut, and very walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Claudia’s place was perfect for us while we visited Everglades and Biscayne National Parks! The space was very clean and well stocked. The air conditioner has a controller located inside the room. Other reviews note that the air conditioner is difficult to adjust, but this is not the case. It is very simple!

I would definitely consider Sergio's place again. The mini-fridge with a cooler really came in handy. He even had a tray of ice that we used to keep our drinks cool at the beach. The area is so convenient, with so much to do. He even suggested couple places, that was nice of him. Thank you Sergio! One thing I do agree with the other comments on is the bed and pillows; they were definitely not the softest. Even so, for the price, location, and privacy, I would consider staying here again.

This location was perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. The host Terri was accommodating, and responsive to messages. Also the attention to detail with provided amenities was perfect. Everything was thought of and supplied without even asking!

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Great stay. The place was very clean and looked just like the pics. Location is in a great spot which is not too far from Miami beach and other amenities. This was my first visit to Florida and I couldn't be more happier with this airbnb I chose to stay at. Will be booking again in the near future. The hosts also responds very very quickly. Super friendly folk.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

Our stay at Johana's place from June 5th to June 8th had some great aspects. The location was fantastic for exploring Miami, and the Airbnb was both clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated how responsive and flexible her team was. However, in Miami's intense summer heat, the A/C struggled to cool below 73°F (23°C), despite us needing it around 69°F (20.5°C) for our comfort. This issue meant we couldn't enjoy the balcony, as we were trying to preserve the cool air indoors. Overall, I'd recommend this Airbnb for visits to Miami, especially during the non-summer months. The host was great, flexible with check in and the unit was clean and well-situated. Our primary challenge was the air conditioning's limited cooling capacity in the summer heat.

The apartment is on the second floor, surrounded by other apartments, near Highway 95 where you can hear the cars passing by. Inside, the apartment is a palace. It's quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are beach essentials in the closet. It's close to the city, the beach, and art. I didn't hear any noise from nearby. It's very accessible and comfortable. I'll be back at the end of July. Thank you for the excellent communication.

We go to Miami once a year and Blue Waters’s place did not disappoint! They left a Birthday ballon , card and bottle of wine to greet us. Nice large balcony with beautiful view of the city especially at night. All of the residents were very friendly. Closes to many restaurants.The place was clean and as pictured. Would definitely stay here again when in the Miami area.
