Great villa with a beautiful outdoor facilities. The pool was big enough to accommodate all of us. Chokri and Skander were very responsive.Thank you for everything.

Compared to the sterile hotels far away from Houmt Souk, the studio was the best choice: very quiet, plenty of space, cooking facilities; close to the center and the Louage station and a friendly host! Recommended if you are looking for tranquility.

Matches photos. The host is extremely friendly and always ready to answer any questions you might have about the area. Only downside: the location of the villa is not at all convenient if we are not transported, it is imperative to keep taxi numbers to call them when you want to get around because taxis do not pass.

I am so grateful that the flexible check-in worked so smoothly - it really made my arrival more relaxed. The villa itself is a dream: the location is great, quiet and yet well connected, and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and well maintained, you can tell that they work with attention to detail. I felt comfortable from the beginning and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Pleasant stay in this Villa. The rooms are spacious. Impeccable cleanliness. Everything you need to cook. Enjoyable barbecue. Easy to park. Functional washing machine. Big nice pool. The hosts are very available and have handled the few issues we have encountered. I would highly recommend. Pleasant tiled terrace. Beautiful beach 7 minutes walk. Downtown is an 8-10 minute drive away. Cons: - we could hear the neighbors in the rooms at night, especially in the small room at the top and bottom. if you have noisy neighbors, it's very painful. - the sun is no longer on the pool from the middle of the afternoon (for us around 3:30 pm). It wasn't very hot so it's swimming but quite cold water. For children this is not ideal. - sufficient internet connection but not exceptional. - there are few opposite but still not without risk of being seen.

The house has a nice pool and terrace. Gmira was really responsive and helpful to arrange our stay.

The villa is simply beautiful, a real cocoon ideal for resting in peace. The swimming pool without a view is a real plus, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. Bassem's accommodation is as described, it is comfortable and the house is beautiful. The place is quiet and ideal for resting. Bassem communicates well and is available if needed. If you want to visit Djerba, you will need to rent a car to enjoy your stay.

A great stay at Tahar's villa. It is spacious, well equipped and with mature gardens and large swimming pool. We had a hire car and the villa also has secure off- street parking. Tahar was there to greet us and is a mine of information on local restaurants, shops and places of interest on the island. He also kindly provided fruit and water for our arrival. Flamingo Beach is a 200 metre walk from the villa - a long stretch of white sands and shallow water. Great for walking and beachcombing. There are several small restaurants in the neighbourhood and taxis are also available at the entrance to the nearby Radisson if needed.

I really enjoyed staying at Tasnime''s house. It is in a very quiet area and within easy reach of cultural places to visit, including beaches, shops and restaurants. Tasnime''s sister Kaouthar was also very helpful and both responded quickly to my messages and were helpful in suggesting places to visit. Their mother Ferial was so hospitable and friendly even inviting me to lunch which was delicious. The cats - and tortoise - are sweet. I highly recommend the house to all travellers.

very nice apartment in a quiet alley in the middle of Houmt Souk. everything is nearby, very nice neighborhood and very welcoming and very responsive hosts (by message exchange and met with the owner) great stay for our family!

The villa is beautiful (even more beautiful than the pictures!) and very clean. We had a great time and the host is very responsive. I would 100% recommend!

The house is very cozy and also well suited for a longer stay. The electrical appliances are all intact and cutlery and crockery are sufficiently available. What I particularly liked was the large outdoor area - we even had fresh grapes in the garden and more often visiting a few very smart cats. Since I speak some French and am very open, I quickly came into contact with the friendly locals and was also eating with my husband almost exclusively in non-touristy restaurants nearby, which we liked and definitely saved our wallet. A special highlight was the rural area. Chickens and horses right next door - and there are hardly any busy sandy trails with cacti, desert plants, animals and old fountains and houses that you can see while walking to the beach or the tourist center. Of course, you can also see a lot of garbage - but you just have to expect that in Tunisia.

Enjoy your stay at Sofiane's. Well located, I recommend for a stay.
