The house is clean, everything is provided. On the other hand, the house is two steps away from the sea, there are restaurants by the beach, you can meet all your needs. The big markets in the vicinity also offer a lot of convenience in shopping. Hope to see you again, everything was perfect 🧿

We felt good and safe from the moment we entered the house. The house is surprisingly peaceful. The beds and armchairs are quite comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen supplies. Very little distance to the beach, full of restaurants and grocery stores on all sides. Highly recommend.

It is a really nice place and should be preferred. Mrs. Zeliha and her husband Mr. Hakkı are very good and warm people. Thanks to them, we felt as if we had gone to a family friend. 5 people can stay very comfortably. The kitchen supplies were complete. We didn't need anything extra. It is also an advantage that it is very close to the sea and there are free umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach. The ancient city of Elaiussa Sebaste is very close to historical sites such as the Maiden's Castle, which also provides the advantage of cultural sightseeing. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and as described. Yalçın and his family are very kind and generous hosts. They offered us tea, coffee, lemon from the garden and some delicious home made bread. They were super helpful and answered all our questions. From the place you just have to cross the street to find a small beach and in around 10 minutes walk you reach the beautiful Kızkalesi castle. Another plus is the terrace where you can enjoy the nice weather.

The house was clean and tidy as it appears in the photos, we felt at home.

We stayed with our two children for 4 nights in the apartment and everything was very nice. The direct location by the sea was especially worth it. Ilhan was always available for us when we had questions. Thank you for everything!

First of all, Ms. Asya is an understanding and needs-oriented host, and she provided flexibility at check-in time as I came from out of town. The house was exactly as described and seen in the photos. As Ms. Asya pointed out, there is no elevator in the building, stairs are used, but considering the cleanliness and comfort of the house, it becomes an insignificant detail. The house was very clean and tidy, the only problem was that the water flowing from the bathroom was very low. It didn't create a big problem for us. I'm sure Ms. Asya will help if there is a problem. The house has a wonderful balcony, it overlooks the Erdemli beach entrance, it has a wonderful view. There was everything we needed in the house, the furniture was solid, I can say that everything was thought out to make you feel like your own home, you can stay again and again with peace of mind

Aliaksei is a great host. She's willing to help with everything. We had no issues with the house, but it made us feel ready to help with our smallest need. We felt as comfortable as our home. The items are sparkling clean, the house is spotless and in a brand new complex. It's in a great location if you rate it for both the city center and the places to visit. Quiet neighborhood. When you spend time at home, it's full of peace of mind. It was within walking distance to the sea and at the same time the house was overlooking the sea. In short, everything was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, had all supplies were needed and everything was clean. The host was very accommodating and checked in frequently with us to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

I was in Pelin's apartment for two weeks with my mother and husband. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need to live. The view from the balcony is wonderful and priceless. I would rent the apartment again at any time. Anja
