Espectacular departamento con amplio balcón, en plena zona comercial-financiera de Quito. Es cómodo, tranquilo, privado y seguro. Hay varios centros comerciales cerca: Quicentro Shopping, CCI, Plaza de las América, Mall El Jardín, así como el Parque La Carolina y la Plataforma Financiera. Alrededor también encuentras farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes, bancos y cines. La parada del nuevo metro está muy cerca; en 8 minutos puedes llegar al Centro Histórico. El aeropuerto está a 40 minutos.

Perfecto departamento para tres personas en el centro de Quito. Esta muy bien conectado con el sistema de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación del metro. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso un edificio muy seguro estilo neoclásico y que además cuenta con hermosas vistas de Quito. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor, si tiene problemas subiendo gradas, no es conveniente, no garage.
