Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan District of Quito

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Nos gustó mucho la casa, y la estancia. Todo muy tranquilo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para vivir. Los dueños muy amables y ayudan en todo. Está un poco lejos del centro de Quito, pero a cada cual según sus necesidades. Personalmente a nosotros nos gustó mucho.

Una locación inmejorable, muy seguro y cerca de todo, vale la pena volver.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und ist in einer gesicherten Anlage mit 24 Stunden Bewachung. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Shoppingcenter usw. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr Empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

La casa de Andrea se encuentra ubicada en una urbanización privada, muy segura y pacifica. La casa no puede ser mejor, 5 cuartos muy amplios y muchos espacios para compartir. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas incluyendo varios tipos de cafeteras ( americana, prensa francesa y espresso). Monica nos atendió muy bien y nos preparó algunos platos locales. A pocos minutos en carro puedes encontrar los mejores restaurantes y centros comerciales de la ciudad. Tuvimos una estancia fabulosa, Andrea estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades incluso cuando tuvimos una emergencia medica. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse en Cumbayá.

Estancia espectacular, súper lindo decorado y súper cómodo. Maria Elba fue una anfitriona excepcional!! Volvería mil veces! Wifi rápido, camas cómodas y ducha amplia y con mucha agua caliente. Cocina completa y nueva. Cuarto de lavado increíble 👌 Además a menos de 100 metros de la casa hay un centro comercial pequeño con unos restaurantes muy ricos. Es una zona muy tranquila y segura.

This is a very nice place with a great location, conveniently situated near La Carolina Park and easily accessible. The building is well-maintained and safe, featuring a small but fully-equipped gym and a coworking area. A nice touch in the kitchen is the presence of some basic items like salt, pepper, oil, tea, and coffee. The host is very responsive and always friendly.

Sunny place with great views. Comfy , convenient, fantastic hosts. The common areas -jacuzzi, sauna, pool- are just what your bones need after work or travel:)

The response is very fast. The host is very nice and helps with any problem. He has a solution for everything. Unfortunately we did not get to stay at his property due to a flight cancellation, but we got to know an amazing person and he understood the situation and handled it amazingly.

Mi estadía fue simplemente espectacular, la mejor que he tenido. Desde el primer momento, el anfitrión fue amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudar con lo que se requiera. El lugar es impecable, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todas las comodidades que uno puede necesitar. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. Recomendado al 100% para quienes buscan una experiencia memorable, cómoda y verdaderamente especial, tanto individualmente como en pareja. Sin duda, volveré.

The place is spacious and has everything you need for short or long stay. The location is safe and not far from the center. There are a lot of local restaurants and bars close to the apartment and mini market is just under the building. Gabriel himself was very responsive and answered any question I had. One point to note is that if you are a light sleeper it can bother you as it can get noisy some nights. Overall a good experience and it’s a good Airbnb for a solo traveler or a couple

Excelente ubicación cerca de los sitios y centros comerciales mas visitados, el lugar muy acogedor limpio y bonito, el anfitrión siempre estuvo a las órdenes y nos ayudó con todo.

Edwin's place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations! Exactly like the photos, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very nicely decorated. Beside the apartment which was accessible safe and quiet Edwin was the best host ever! always proactive and responding immediately. Highly recommended! I will i am able to visit Quito again and stay at Erwins place

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Uno de los mejores departamentos en Cumbayá. La seguridad es excelente; el personal siempre está atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Como punto a considerar, la señal de internet puede volverse intermitente en el dormitorio, lo que en ciertos momentos resulta algo tedioso.

un excelente espacio en el cual cada detalle demostraba el empeño que pusieron en adecuar el lugar un sitio divertido único agradable y bastante espectacular.

Idéalement situé avec une vue spectaculaire sur le parc de la carolina et les montagnes environnantes. Ce logement moderne offre toute les commodités nécessaires ainsi qu'un accès gratuit à la terrasse et à la salle de sport. Excelent rapport qualité/prix.
