Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metropolitan City of Naples

Luigi's place is simply the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in. It was recently completely renovated with great attention to detail in every aspect. The space is spacious and incredibly clean, with really high-quality windows that completely shut out any noise from the outside. I really loved the location in Portici as well. It's perfectly positioned between Naples and Pompeii, making it ideally situated for exploring both. There's excellent access to the transit system, and I would much rather stay here than in central Naples—it's like a convenient oasis where you can retreat after exploring the city. The neighborhood is lively with wonderful cafes, restaurants, and markets within walking distance. When I return to Naples, I would stay here without hesitation. Luigi himself was extremely friendly and super responsive throughout my stay!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Vito. C'était un endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée remplie de randonnées et d'activités aux villages sur la côte, face à une vue magnifique de la mer et depuis notre terrasse où on avait aussi accès à un jacuzzi. Vito a été très réactif, et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les activités à faire à côté, et nous a donné de belles recommandations de restos dans le coin. L'appartement était très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme - comme le logement n'est pas au centre-ville, il faut compter 20-30 mins à pied pour descendre au port, et vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue et de nombreuses boutiques et restos sur le chemin. Je recommande aussi vivement le petit-déjeuner, vous ne serez pas déçu!

We stayed at Luigi's spot for a portion of our honeymoon and loved it. The window with the amazing view is worth a five star review on its own. There is such a beautiful view of the water and Mount Vesuvius plus there was a peaceful orchard behind the building and we even saw a little dove's nest with baby doves right below the window! Was truly incredible. The shower was huge and peaceful. The patio was large with an extension of the wonderful view from the room. The area has many restaurants around that are easy to access. Our favorite was La Locanda Del Gusto--only spot we went to twice on our whole honeymoon. Luigi was a phenomenal host and made everything super easy. He even helped us out immensely when our ride to the airport in Naples cancelled on us last minute and he found us a replacement driver even though it was only a few hours ahead and we needed to be picked up at 3AM. Cannot recommend this spot and Luigi highly enough.

Very cozy apartment in a very convenient neighbourhood.5 mins walk from funiculars and metro to explore the whole city .The rooms were big and comfy and Paolo was really kind and helpful.

Cristiano was the best host! Very responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond for us our entire stay :) would definitely recommend staying!

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Emilio was an extremely responsive and kind host. He gave us plenty of great recommendations and even arranged a cab for us at 4:30am for our early flight—something we wouldn’t have managed without his help. The apartment itself is very nice. The only challenge is the last 200 meters, which involves walking up a steep hill. As for Naples, we didn’t enjoy the city much, to be honest. We’d only stay there again if absolutely necessary—but if we did, we’d definitely choose Emilio’s place again. Otherwise, we’d prefer a quieter, more scenic spot like Pompeii or Sorrento.

Questo appartamento è bellissimo! È posizionato perfettamente. Vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti. La padrona di casa è gentilissima e reattiva a alcune domande. Sopratutto, una scelta buona.

Punto strategico per visitare Pompei senza incorrere nel traffico e la confusione del sito archeologico. Pulitissimo e arredamento nuovo, consigliato!

Daniele a été adorable, très réactif et flexible avec nos horaires. Il a tout prévu en préparant des instructions vidéos, ce qui rend l’utilisation des équipements très facile. Le logement est très très bien sécurisé, j’ai trouvé ça rassurant. La ville est super, le quartier est calme et les gens sont adorables. Il y a d’excellents restaurants et magasins juste à côté. Les touristes sont bien accueillis. Je recommande à 100%.

The appartment is super clean, beautiful and well located. We found everything we needed for our 4 days stay, with our little girl. The kitchen was perfect, with everything we needed to cook. The hosts left delicious biscuits, thé, coffee, bread, marmelade for the breakfast, which was a very nice surprise for us. Tramonti is a quite small vilage, 10-15 min by car from Maiori. Very confortable location to travel along Amalfitana coast. We left the car in Maiori (street to go to Tramonti) during the day and, from Maiori port, we were able to go to the main cities with the boat (best way to visit the zone. Forget the car!!!!). Backing home, very confortable to have a private parking for the car. The hosts also provided clean and beautiful baby bed and baby chair for our child. Everything was perfect. Tramonti is safe, calm and thé sightseeing amazing. I hope yo be back in Amalfitana coast and I will for sure stay there again

Manlio's place is incredible! He was super friendly, helped us arrange parking and a taxi to Ravello, and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs of Positano. He treats his guests like family and knows everything you could need to know about Positano. Beautiful view, very clean place, and tons to do in walking distance - just bring your walking shoes.

Nice place to stay. Main room and kitchen in the middle, on both sides a double bedroom with private bathroom+toilet. There's not a lot of daylight in the main room, but with open doors light from the bedrooms reaches the main room as well. The place is well furnitured and cosy to be in. Some restaurants and two small supermarkets are nearby. Lots more restaurants and other shops are in the centre of Scafati. The traffic is as busy and chaotic as it is everywhere in the area surrounding Naples and Mount Vesuvius. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very nice, with a great rooftop terrace, and very well located close to the centro storico. We had a fantastic stay there!

From the moment the reservation was confirmed, Diana took a genuine interest in what I would like to achieve from my time in Naples. She delivered expert local knowledge and insights, curating an up-to-date list of recommendations based on my passions – several of which I visited and enjoyed. The apartment is located within a charming, historic building with a grand (and unique) entrance. The district is well-connected and offers an authentic experience of day-to-day life in Naples. Diana provided thorough yet simple directions and instructions, and she was always available to answer questions and provide further tips and ideas. Overall, it was a memorable experience from start to finish.

Nothing to say about the location, it was fantastic. The beach is only across the street, and you can watch the sun rise and set from your balcony. The host is really friendly and helpful, however he wants to do something for the key collection.

Fabio's place is simply fabulous. It is exactly as the pictures prescribe, and the view from the balcony is just beautiful. We spent many hours sitting out in the balcony reading, watching the sunset or just breathing in the air. As a host, Fabio was attentive in checking in with me prior to arrival. He also ensured that when we arrived, everything was explained and shown clearly so we could settle in quickly. You can tell he has put a lot of considered and careful thought into designing and creating this home. His local recommendations were greatly appreciated, and his overall demeanour in hosting us made us feel at home whilst also having our own privacy. We highly recommend Fabio's place to anyone visiting Naples, and would be more than happy to return. Thank you again!

Alessandra è stata fantastica! La casa è nuova, curatissima, grande e Alessandra è piena di piccole attenzioni quali piccoli regali per gli ospiti, frigorifero con succhi di frutta, acqua caffè, pasta e sugo al pomodoro. C'è un televisore in ogni stanza, una grande terrazza e aria condizionata in tutte le camere. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con un noleggio auto e Alessandra ha risolto brillantemente la situazione, aiutandoci. In poche parole, è una casa che a fine vacanza non si vuole lasciare! Mario's place is amazing. The appartment has panoramic views since it's located on the highest floor. The interior has a lot of space and everything looks brand new. In terms of transportation, the place is close to on of the train stations that take you to the city center in 20m or less. Mario is a great and welcoming host and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Napoli. Highly recommended !
