Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Beautiful and peaceful home with a stunning fireplace. A lovely place if you want some space from the city but very easy to get down with a car. Wish we had better weather but the house and view was so nice we didn't feel a need to leave. The hosts were incredibly helpful and hospitable, showing up and replying whenever we needed anything.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Wir haben uns in der Villa Millin rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Loredana war äußerst freundlich, jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Villa liegt traumhaft schön mitten in der Natur – ein perfekter Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Das Anwesen verteilt sich auf drei Ebenen: Unten das Haus mit mehreren gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, in der mittleren Ebene eine Hollywood-Schaukel mit beeindruckendem Blick ins Tal, und oben der Poolbereich mit Liegeflächen und einem fantastischen Panorama auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Zufahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber gut machbar – und die Lage entschädigt dafür allemal. Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen, wir haben nichts vermisst und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Am Wochenende hört man gelegentlich Motorräder von der Straße im Tal – unter der Woche und nachts ist es jedoch wunderbar ruhig. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Maison chaleureuse et accueil parfait de la part de Christian! Nous avons très bien été accueillies, et conseillées sur les horaires de bus et de train à proximité ; Christian nous avait meme imprimé les horaires de bus et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les itinéraires pour rejoindre les 5 Terre ☺️ Maison très très propre et hôte très disponible et réactif lors de nos quelques demandes ! Jardin impeccablement entretenu pour les chiens notamment (herbe tondue et pas d’épillets 🙏🏻) Merci pour tout, je recommande vivement et choisirai le même logement si je suis amenée à retourner visiter ces magnifiques villages !

Non si tratta solo del posto dove siamo stati ospitati, ma dell'accoglienza ricevuta. Disponibilità estrema a venire incontro con grande costesia a esigenze impreviste, mettendo a disposizione più di quanto fosse previsto. La casa davvero bella, tenuta con grande cura, mantiene un'atmosfera di altri tempi, pur essendo perfettamente funzionale. Un posto dove fermarsi anche per i ribelli in cammino.

Lovely and very understanding and communative host who left full house of food for us, coming late it really ment a lot to have it, also the garden is beautiful, much more beautiful than in the pictures, the place is spotless, brand new, I really recommend this place and can’t wait to come again. Wir hatten einen super entspannten Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist einmalig, das Grundstück liegt direkt an einem rauschenden Bach und auch für Hunde ist das Anwesen perfekt (der große Gartenbereich ist eingezäunt oder durch den Bach natürlich begrenzt). Alice hat uns im Vorfeld schon sämtliche Informationen zukommen lassen und uns sehr herzlich begrüßt! Wir haben uns gleich gefühlt, als würden wir eine Freundin besuchen :) die Lage ist ruhig und läd zu Spaziergängen ein… wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. The terrace was particularly nice, with great views to the square and market below. The location was perfect, close to everything and 5 mins from Chiavari station, making day trips along the coast very easy. Daniela was quick to respond to our questions and provided great recommendations, which helped make our stay more enjoyable.

Ho prenotato una sola notte perché avevo un corso di lavoro nella stessa via dell’ alloggio. Svetlana è stata molto chiara e disponibile fin da subito. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita.

Paola è stata l’host perfetta. È stata disponibile al nostro arrivo in tarda serata, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è fornitissima, ha tutto ciò che serve. Ha un bellissimo panorama e terrazzo giardino. Sebbene la strada sia stretta, è facilissimo arrivarci. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi vuole stare lontano da città o dal caos delle spiagge. Posto in cui sarà bello tornare

bell'appartamento ristrutturato all'interno di un vecchio palazzo nei vicoli del centro storico molto vicino al duomo. 2 camere doppie e bagno rinnovato, cucina ampia con tutti i servizi (anche se noi non la abbiamo usata). Se si vuole dormire in centro storico ritengo sia una delle zone migliori: un po' rumoroso soprattutto per la gestione rifiuti visto che c'è uno dei vari ecopunti presenti. Comunicazione con l'host perfetta. ottima convenzione con parcheggio nei pressi del porto antico.

Nicoletta nagyon segítőkész volt és elmondta a helyi lehetőségeket, hol tudunk parkolni, enni, inni. A kutyáinkat is fogadta és a lakása nagyon tágas, kényelmes volt.

Eine Woche wo wir uns sehr erholen konnten..Die Aussicht ist ein Traum.Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

We had an amazing time! The view was just breathtaking and we couldn't be more happy about spending our short holidays at Francescos place! He was really kind and always around in case we needed him. We're totally recommending staying at this little, sweet airbnb!

appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato, gode di una vista spettacolare. Angelo sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, al nostro arrivo ha fatto una panoramica generale di cosa poter visitare nelle vicinanze e di tutti i mezzi pubblici che avremmo potuto prendere senza bisogno di spostare la macchina.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Super séjour ! La maison se mérite car il faut gravir de nombreuses marches pour arriver à bon port. Le jardin est très agréable et est très bien entretenu et la maison est décorée avec goût. Giuseppe s’est rendu très disponible. Merci pour tout.

Stefano è stato un host super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto nella sua splendida casa con vista spettacolare sul golfo del Tigullio: un vero quadro tra alba e tramonto, difficile andar via! La casa era molto ordinata e curata, e al mattino ci ha fatto trovare una focaccia ligure calda per colazione, un pensiero davvero speciale. È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo, speriamo di tornare presto!
