Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metropolitan City of Bari

Appartamento pulitissimo e silenzioso, fedele alle foto, in zona tranquilla con vista su un piccolo parco. Posizione ottima per esplorare la città, in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro con tutte le sue bellezze (Castello Svevo, Basilica di San Nicola, Duomo, Teatro Margherita, Teatro Petruzzelli, Palazzo Mincuzzi, via Sparano e i mille vicoletti di Bari Vecchia). Parcheggio gratuito proprio sotto casa, comodo per chi arriva in auto. Nelle vicinanze c'è un mercato coperto con prodotti tipici locali. Gaetano e Mara ci hanno accolto di persona e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. I loro consigli gastronomici sono stati perfetti: da non perdere MastroCiccio (panini con polpo), Panificio Santa Rita, Rosticceria Dirello (panzerotti di ogni gusto), Martinelli (panini con pesce fresco) e Martinucci Laboratory (pasticciotti crema e amarena, limone e mandorle, cereali e mela). Purtroppo la vacanza è stata breve, ma ci siamo innamorati di Bari e torneremo sicuramente. Esperienza consigliatissima!

Appartamento piccolino ma completamente ristrutturato e funzionale con tutto il necessario. Comodissimo il parcheggio di fronte e molto comoda la caffetteria per il check-in. Non comodissimo al centro ma se si ha voglia di camminare in 20 minuti si raggiunge Bari vecchia.

Il nostro soggiorno é stato molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Fabrizio é stato gentilissimo e velocissimo nel rispondere alle nostre richieste e nel risolvere i nostri problemi. Consigliatissimo

tres bel appartement mais escaliers tres raides surtout pour les enfants et personnes agees. et une seule douche . idealement situe dans le centre historique nous conseillons un gps pieton pour trouver la rue surtout le premier jour. pour le parking gratuit il faut sortir du centre historique nous avons trouve à stationner à 500m en bas d'un immeuble.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del Centro. Es moderno y cómodo. Ciro es un chico encantador, estuvo pendiente, fué muy atento.

Tive uma ótima estadia! O espaço é acolhedor, bem equipado e atendeu a todas as expectativas. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi fácil e rápida. E a localização facilitou muito nossos passeios. - Recomendo

Bell'appartamento, dotato di tutto l'occorrente e con arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Molto bella la terrazza: ampia e confortevole, con un piacevole scorcio sul mare. Il mare è a pochi passi: l'accesso in acqua non è facilissimo, vi consiglio le calzature in gomma per gli scogli. Il paesino è piccolo ma in posizione comoda per visitare molte mete turistiche. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e veloce nel rispondere alle comunicazioni.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura e non posso che esprimere un giudizio più che positivo. L’alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La pulizia è impeccabile, con ambienti perfettamente igienizzati e profumati. Un altro punto di forza è l’host, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Fin dal primo contatto è stato gentile e rapido nelle risposte, fornendoci consigli utili su ristoranti e attrazioni della zona. Durante il soggiorno ha dimostrato grande ospitalità, assicurandosi che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca un’esperienza confortevole e senza pensieri. Sicuramente tornerò!

Everything was great, there was a lot of goods such as coffee, tea, kitchen equipment and a lot more. We had an early flight and there was no problem with check out. Host was very helpful and she ordered us a taxi. Location was also very good, 10 minute walk to train station and 15/20 minutes to old town.

La casa di Laura si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico, vicino a un supermercato e a pochi metri da una pizzeria. La casa offre i comfort descritti, inoltre ha due televisori : uno in zona giorno e uno in zona notte (non sempre facile trovare questa offerta). Molto bella la terrazza con tavolo e ombrellone, un peccato non averne potuto usufruire data la stagione. Laura è una persona molto gentile e premurosa, fornendoci assistenza e proponendoci parcheggi nei luoghi da visitare. Conversano ha un bel centro strorico e un castello. Inoltre si trova al centro di una zona che offre molti luoghi da visitare, tutti nelle vicinanze.

Hi have stayed in a large number ofAirbnb’s and Clyde is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His response time was very quick. He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The 3 day itinerary that was left for us was the best I’ve ever had. There was so much useful information on the card he left us. A lot of hosts could learn from him and how he manages his property. The apartment was very modern stylish and very well equipped. He has an attention to details that is rare. I honestly can’t recommend him and his apartment high enough. Plus we really missed Alexa when we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by this you will just have to book a stay at his apartment to find out. Thank you Clyde you are a superstar. The apartment in Bari was amazing - 1 block to water and 3 min walk to old town area and many restaurants. Luigia was incredibly responsive - replied to What's App messages within 5 mins and accessing building was very easy. We loved our stay!

16’ from the train station and about 20’ from the old town, the apartment looks like in the pictures, very spacious for 4 people and a baby to stay in. Within less time walking you can find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good too. The kitchen suffice for easier preparations. Andrea was always very responsive and managed for us to check in a bit earlier, which made us enjoy Bari even more. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Gigi’s flat with our two kinds in May. Gigi is the best host we ever met. He waited for us with some foods/drinks. The flat is super clean, well equipped, there were even some table games for the children. The location is also perfect, central train station and Pane e Pomodoro beach is reachable by 10 minutes walk. Gigi is very helpful and makes all effort to make your vacation perfect. We are grateful to meet Gigi and hope see him soon! :)

Location is very convenient, it is perfect for short trip stay! The plus of the accommodation was self check-in, as we had very late flight. Thank you for hosting us!

This is an excellent apartment as a base for exploring Bari and the surrounding areas. Close to the old town, near the beach, and within easy reach of the train station. The neighborhood feels safe. The apartment itself is very clean, well-maintained, and pragmatically equipped. It has everything you need—the owner seems to have thought of everything. In other reviews, there were comments about it being too humid or having a basement-like feel. There’s no need to worry. The room is on the ground floor, which is typically where service rooms are located. Here, such a room has been converted into an apartment. There is one large window and two small ones, but unfortunately, the windows face the building's interior rather than the outside, which gives it a slightly shaded feeling. The host is amazing—Natasha takes care of you at every stage of your stay. The apartment is best suited for an adult couple visiting Bari and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended!
