We loved this AirBnB so much that within the first hour we had already looked to see if it was free to book an extra night. The location is incredibly peaceful and private, and the property is so cosy and welcoming. Anastasia clearly puts a lot of thought and care into hosting her property and left us with a wide variety of things for breakfast, alongside some other treats.!

The host was very helpful, and the place is great with excellent access to everything. The communication was also excellent. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Very convenient accommodation to visit Kalamata (10min drive from the center). Quiet neighborhood, parking space available, clean and with all the necessities. Attention, to find the accommodation, it is not necessary to follow the address on Airbnb but the one on the site sent in a private message (20 Καποδιστρίου, Paralia Vergas, Greece, 241 00). The hot tub is more a large bathtub but is nice for 2 people maximum.

A step away from key sites in the Peloponeso. So very accessible yet quiet and relaxing. Had all we needed to prepare some simple meals when we chose to. An excellent place to stay. Would return any day!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse! The host Christos was super nice — always quick to reply and helped us with everything we needed. The place is just like in the pictures: quiet, private, with a beautiful green yard, a jacuzzi, and a terrace with a BBQ area. We especially loved the swallows living in the yard — they made the place feel even more special. After the busy city life, this was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time at Cristina’s and Mia’s place. We enjoyed the sea view from the balcony throughout the day and relaxed fully thanks to the peaceful surroundings. Cristina is very responsive and helpful, with extremely positive attitude. Thank you for being such a great hostess, Cristina!

Very good stay experience. The house like the photos, the garden big and perfect for our dog. The area very close to Vytina and Levidi. Nice relaxing and quiet. Yannis was direct in communication and very helpful. Of course it is recommended.

Beautiful and quiet cottage with a large garden with citrus trees and olive trees around. We were in mid-May and then there is still little in operation in the immediate vicinity. At 10 minutes drive (towards Nafplion) there are some restaurants and then 10 minutes further you are in Nafplion itself. Cottage was well equipped. The living room is a basic space. Entrance is like a (automatic, remote control) lockable gate and entering is easy with a lockbox. Communication was already through the AirBnB.

This charming cottage in tranquil Grizokampos is a gem. The private garden is a peaceful oasis filled with fruit trees, colorful plants, and inviting spots to relax, dine alfresco or soak up the sun. This was our second stay, and it was even more wonderful. Mark and Katerina were very hospitable, making sure that our visit was perfect. We can't wait for trip no. 3.

Excellent place to stay at Kythira. Peaceful with beautiful surroundings and close to nature. The apartment was tastefully decorated and fully equipped and we had all we needed during our stay. The hosts are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place to stay at Kythira.

Thank you Niki for this wonderful stay, your house is a true gem. I cannot understand anyone not giving 5stars or complaining about anything, especially for this price. The location and property was absolutely perfect, with the beautiful city of Koroni nearby. The morning view over the ocean. The beautiful olive garden. The lovely open living-room with the fireplace. My experience was completely amazing. Communication was very lovely and fast and helpful. I cannot recommend Niki and their property highly enough. I will definitely visit again <3

Spacious and clean apartment in a beautiful house directly at the sea, next to a small beach. Very helpful and friendly host. Fully equipped kitchen and we even got eggs and fruits from the garden. Very quiet location, you will need a car to get around. The apartment does not have the most beautiful furniture, but everything you'll need is there and the beds are comfortable.

The host was very nice and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful among the olive groves. The only thing that bothered us all night was the constant barking of dogs until the morning, so we didn't sleep at all. I recommend earplugs for undisturbed sleep.

Hans and effervescent Matina were very welcoming. This is their summer home which they stay in when not rented out, therefore it feels well cared for and comfortable . They provided us with olive oil produced from their own olive grove, a lovely bottle of wine, bread, honey, eggs, and other "essentials". Hans was on tap whenever you needed him and gave great tips on the local beaches, countryside etc. Thoroughly recommended.

A lovely house in an unbelievably beautiful place: Christina met us in the local village and led us down the private track to her pretty, comfortable house. It is even better than it looks in the pictures: it has everything you need to feel comfortably at home while every room is orientated outwards to the country around and the extraordinary view south and east to mountains and sea. We drove up into the mountains, we went down to the sea to swim and eat the freshest fish, we walked from the front door, we were the only foreigners in the village nearby for traditional bouzouki music and delicious food. Wonderful.

The house is very beautiful and quiet surrounded by olive trees. From the balconies on the 1st floor you have a view of the sea. The path to the house is partly not paved, but it is no problem to get there by car. If you are walking to the house at night, you should have a flashlight with you or use the cell phone flashlight. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything essential was there. There were no issues. In about 10 minutes you will be on a small bay with a beach and with bar and restaurant. There it was not full (around Easter 2025) and the water is very clean. Agios Nikolaos is about a 15-minute walk and there are very good restaurants and bars. From the house you can make some beautiful hikes (e.g. Pigi and Platsa) and other interesting sights can be reached by car. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house.

Great apartment in quiet village. If you want to explore the central area of the Peloponnese it is a great base.

We had a lovely stay at Akovos in October 2023. Everything was as good as it looks in the pictures, but there were also perks we didn't know to expect, e.g. fresh mountain water, walnuts, figs, etc. The surrounding village was quiet and quite small, but there was usually someone at the local tavern. Food there was amazing - fresh ingredients, healthy portions. And the cottage was just perfect for us. Cozy and well-kept. October nights were a bit chillier in the mountains, but blankets and heaters kept us nice and warm. Long mornings on the sunny terrace were our favourite part of the stay.
