Paulo’s place was spacious. Copacabana beach is a 8 minute walk and he provides the chairs. There is also A/C in every room. I’d recommend staying here as an American traveler.

We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful apartment. It's so nice that you don't want to leave the apartment. Much nicer than in the photos. We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!

Our stay was great. From check in to check out. Apartment was just like described and looked like the photos. Has a fully secured gate at the front so you feel totally safe. Even when we had to checkout, silvana told us we could still use the apartment if we wanted to shower or chill out till we leave. They even offered us a dinner before we left but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Thank you for making our stay in rio brilliant. Obrigado!

The location is amazing. It seemed like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, it's still amazing!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.

The stay met expectations, everything went well

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful and clean house. By arriving the air conditioning was already on, fully equipped kitchen, bedding with a wonderful smell, a very comfortable double bed, we also love the whole outdoor area, swimming pool, hammocks. Extreme quiet place, great for relaxing. Adriana and Marcos were very attentive and helpful, always ready to ask questions. We will definitely return

The accommodation is in excellent location, close to Lapa and only 5 minutes from the Glória metro station. Neighborhood has restaurant amenities, bars, market, pharmacy. Portaria works 24h, and the spacious, illuminated and ventilated accommodation. It exceeded expectations. The host responds proactively. I recommend and rebook without a doubt.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful view.

The views from the apartment were amazing - the best of Rio. Every window had views of Aporador to Ipanema, Leblon, and iconic Dois Irmãos. The Cristo (Corcovado) is even visible from the balcony. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed for a few days. Great access to both Copacabana and Ipanema, since the building is situated just between both beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

The house is excellent, spacious, well equipped. We use the barbecue, the pizza oven, the pool, the slide and the sauna. Everything worked perfectly (the Spoletto-style pizza night - each one assembles their own - was a success!). Note: there is no firewood available, you need to bring it. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort to all guests. In addition to the bathrooms in the rooms, there is a social toilet and an external bathroom. Many pots, platters, utensils in general. Very complete house. Junior, the caretaker, was super attentive. The house is one block from the beach, an excellent location. There is a bakery and pharmacy nearby, within walking distance. Wifi worked well. The house comfortably accommodates 15 people, so we were able to bring together my family and my husband's family. It was 3 days of great fun! We love the accommodation and will certainly be back! The only thing we missed, but that did not compromise the accommodation, was a full-length mirror.

It was a great stay. Since I had never been to RJ, I was afraid to stay in a dangerous place. But that didn't happen. The neighborhood is quiet, people strolling, cycling and walking peacefully. There is a BRT station across the street that connects the neighborhood to all of Rio de Janeiro. The apartment is great, a good space. The condominium is very safe, it has an internal market that helps a lot in urgent purchases. Finally, Fabricio was always very helpful and polite in all communications, from arrival to departure. I recommend it to everyone!!

everything is great, exactly as advertised. Everything is very clean and organized, very safe too. The balcony and the view are spectacular. Very good and very well located space.

WHAT A PLACE, MY FRIENDS. PERFECT LOCATION. SEAFRONT, TOP KIOSKS NEARBY, BARS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. GREAT BED AND PILLOWS, VARIOUS UTENSILS, SÔNIA WELCOMES WITH HEINEKEN, WATER, CHOCOLATE, SALTED PEANUTS AND COOKIES AND COFFEE CAPSULES. GREAT SHOWER, FANTASTIC WASHING MACHINE, NOT TO MENTION THE BALCONY, WHICH WAS THE MOST USED PLACE BY US, BEAUTIFUL VIEW, BETTER THAN IN THE AIRBNB PHOTOS. THE ONLY THING THAT GOES UNNOTICED BY ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT ARE THE AP, IS THE VERY LOUD NOISE OF THE AIR CONDITIONERS. BUT THIS AP IS WORTH A LOT WE'LL COME BACK
