Exceptional sea view villa private beach access

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Its location allows you to visit a region rich in architecture, landscapes and many festivities. Shops and services are 2.5 km away and the nearest hypermarket is 5 km away. The greenway, with signs for cyclists, passes 200 m from the house.

The farmhouse lodgings

Our cottage "Île de Batz" occupies part of the old farmhouse of the farmhouse. Quiet while being 10 minutes from the sea, our accommodation accommodates up to 5 people. It is suitable for guests with or without children, to discover the region, come to work there, hike or just enjoy the beach. Many amenities are at your disposal as well as free parking, a courtyard shared with the 2nd cottage.

Family home

Welcome to our typical Breton family home located in the middle of fields, 1 km from the first beaches. The house offers a large living room as well as 3 comfortable bedrooms. Towels and bed linen is provided. On the garden side, there is a beautiful south facing terrace equipped with a barbecue. Enjoy this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective!

Nice vacation home in Plounéour-Trez

Cette jolie maison est située au cœur de Plounéour-Trez, au calme et à 800m de la plage. Elle peut accueillir 3 personnes. Deux grandes chambres sont à disposition, un joli jardin clos et la wifi. Les animaux sont acceptés, mais ne sont pas autorisés aux étages et dans les chambres, Merci. A noter : les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.
