A perfect house, new, designed and equipped surrounded by spectacular nature, is located in Nataf in the Jerusalem mountains. Used as our residence and therefore not always available mid week, suitable for a couple up to 3 children, there is a cute and friendly cat who often lives outside and does not need to be taken care of. Well equipped with underfloor heating, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, micro, pampering and huge hot tub that is perfect for cold weather, which can be heated and cool according to the weather, a barista coffee machine, a 55'TV with a subscription to Disney and Netflix, games and toys for children and more and more. * There is easy access to a nearby safe room if needed

In a religious moshav halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Unit with separate entrance (stairs), bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. A sofa that opens to a double bed.
