Holiday rentals with a patio in Mértola

The apartment is beautifully decorated (as in the photos) and efficiently designed to have more storage than appears. It was very clean. It is small but very well designed for 2 couples. We mistakenly thought it was 3 full baths but it’s 2.5 baths as the guest bathroom has no shower. Isabela is quick and easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating our needs like getting us an extra set of sheets and blanket for the couch. The view is absolutely amazing! Albufeira is more of a party town but the apartment is located in a quieter area away from the crowds and noise. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Albufeira is touristy but worth a visit and we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks Isabela for a wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful Airbnb to end our Portugal trip on. The view was stunning, the beach was small yet uncrowded. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. A great place for some coastal relaxation without being in a party beach town. The key box could be better marked, but once we tried a few boxes we got into the one we needed. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean.

It was wonderful. I'd love to do it again. Totally good location to explore the Algarve. A beautiful beach nearby. Apartment well equipped. A large supermarket is not within walking distance, so plan a car or Bolt. Everything straightforward and easy. Thank you for the wonderful time 🌞

Wonderful accommodation ! everything was perfect- a real home from home but with fabulous weather ! such an amazing location - We has so many wonderful meals at the local restaurants. The fish and fruit markets were divine! We are seriously looking at booking for next year !! Beach was fabulous and also having the choice of the beautiful roof terrace was a huge treat !! xx

Few Airbnbs look as good as the pictures - this one is even nicer. Fantastic quiet location, the appartment is very cozy and clean, but the highlight is the garden with all the flowers and fruits. This place feels like build with 100% passion and love. Thanks for having us!

We loved Marcel’s place. It was perfect for 2 couples. It was spotless and spacious. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and the night life. And close to restaurants in the area.

The apartment was very clean and very nice. It felt even more spacious than in the photos. We also loved the pool area. The hosts vere very helpful and friendly. Overall we were very satisfied and are planning to return to this apartment.

We recently had a fantastic week staying here. Weather was fantastic and the pool was the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip! Everything from start for finish was brilliant, even down to putting up a baby gate at the top of the stairs for us prior to our arrival. The decor is great, very clean and tidy and the pool toys were a hit with our little one. Location is quiet and peaceful but within short walking distance of the Marina and surround bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place Very private and well furnished

We had a lovely week in Tavira. The property was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly loved the roof terrace.

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

We loved this house. It is beautifully designed and every detail has been properly thought through - from top to bottom. We particularly loved the plunge pool and roof terrace, the two shower rooms, the comfy bed and proximity to the town square (a 5 minute walk). The decoration is modern but Portugese in flavour and there are lots of lovely touches like the wonderful coffee machine, the extensive collection of teas and a welcome bottle of wine. We absolutely loved our stay, and can’t wait to be back for a longer period. The guesthouse is charming and peaceful, and Paula is a wonderful host.

Great place, very spacious, clean and quiet in the mountains behind Faro. The view from the terrace is great. Communication with the host went smoothly, he was very kind and accommodating and helpful. You definitely need a car to reach the property. From there you can make many excursions and is everywhere in the Algarve in a short time. We really enjoyed the time and would come back right away.

This was a second time we stayed at João's place and it was as wonderful as the first time. Place is amazing and João is such a great and attentive host. Such a pleasure to be able to experience real Portugal, just simply loved it, thank you

We absolutely loved our stay and were very impressed with the apartment. We know the area well so we were delighted. Instructions were clear and as we had a really late arrival flight and early morning departure the self check in was great. Edi communicated really clearly so that was a big help. The appartment is on the first floor with street view and we loved the shade in the heat. However there was some building noise from a new appartment block across the road so some noise from early in the morning but hopefully that will finish soon! We loved the large balcony and had everything we needed in the apartment. We have already recommended to friends and we would certainly return.

Place was great, clean tidy and had an amazing stay. Great location for the town. 10-15 minute walk from the beach which was great for us as it was quiet in the evenings. Just an advisory, it is a steep walk up from the beach. No problem for us, but just to note if you struggle with hills. Will certainly be back in the future!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

Great apartment looks better than photos very tastefully done interiors very helpfull and responsive hosts we had a late flight and they allowed us a late check out till 5pm,very accommodating and also allowed us an early check in. I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable one month experience at Jef’s place. The secret garden provided privacy and security for our cat which loved to lounge outside all day long. The apartment is very well cared for and is beautifully designed. Jef is a great host that truly cares about his guests, even leaving some special welcome treats! Location makes it easily walkable to restaurants, the marina and the beach.
