Lovely stay- perfect for a weekend of walking with the girls. The hot tub was lovely and the park wasn’t open so very quiet.

I've stayed in several places around the area over the years, This was a bit of a gem however. The site itself has plenty of amenities but is also very conveniently located. it's even well enough known in the community that restaurants can easily deliver. After a birthday spent walking the hills, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax and the house itself was wonderfully warm and well furnished. I would absolutely visit again and recommend to others.

A beautiful place to relax with family or friends - cosy and with character. The hot tub in particular was lovely to come home to after a hike during the day.

A beautiful home in an even more beautiful location. We were there over a long weekend of rain and wind but still plenty to do - rainy hot tub dips and squelchy dog walks! The lake and the boat are fantastic, the kids loved feeding the swans. The kitchen is so well equipped - very generous number of plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and all wonderful quality. My only constructive feedback would be - considering the price point - the bedding and towels were of less good quality. The air hockey table wasn't working which was a shame because the kids were really excited to play with it. All in all, a really lovely stay.

Claire's place was perfect for our needs as a base for a walk in the Brecons. It had a well equipped kitchen, and even Sky TV. Claire was a great host, responsive, easy to contact, had some local recommendations and even gave us a lift to the pub.

This was the most iddillic place I have ever been, the view was stunning no matter the weather! The place was clean and tidy and had everything you could ever need. Was near to Pen-y-Fan and other walks. Perfect readers retreat.

Gwen, Colin, Debs and the Cantref Adventure Farm team were excellent hosts making our stay in the Brecon area comfortable and easy. They were very organised prior to check-in ensuring the wood-fired hot tub was ready when we arrived and even including a thoughtful welcome package of Prosecco, fresh milk and juice for the kids. Colin was very helpful with the kindling for the hot tub. The cottages are clean and well equipped with some modern finishes. We liked the heated floors :-)) Thanks again for everything!

I had a lovely 2 night stay at The Bothy. The property has everything you need to relax and feel at home in such a peaceful environment. The terrace is a fantastic space with spectacular views down into the valley and the mountains beyond. It was a great base to explore the local area and the Bannau Brycheiniog National park. The hosts, Lisa and Jan, were great with clear instructions of how to get there and very kindly left a lovely welcome basket. I would definitely like to stay again and will recommend to family/friends.

Have had the most relaxing stay in this beautiful little cottage. It had everything we needed and more and the welcome hamper was lovely, the Welsh cakes and jam did not last long ! Comfy beds, perfect setting, always able to park and i loved the wooden shutters. A great find, will definitely revisit . Thank you Sam x

WOW!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone. And we will 100% return… Such a beautiful cottage with beautiful views. John was super helpful and we couldn’t ask for more from a host. Everything was perfect. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. And we found the neighbours very friendly also. Really looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you John for making us feel so welcome and helping us have the perfect stay.

This is a lovely cottage in the heart of the Waterfalls of Pontfeddfechan. Having parking is a great bonus and the cottage is well equipped and homely. The welcome basket is one of the best we’ve had and very much appreciated. Dogs are welcome with dog bowls provided and blankets to protect the furniture. The kitchen has everything you could need including an airfryer and fridge freezer. Plenty of crockery and space for preparing food. Even thermos flasks provided if you wanted to use them. We could go on and on, but needless to say, the description of the cottage and location is absolutely spot on and you won’t be disappointed if you stay here. The neighbours were very friendly and always keen to help with giving advice on places to visit. The checking in process was easy and it was extremely easy to contact the host if there were any queries. This was our second stay at the cottage and certainly won’t be our last. We didn’t want to come home!

Julia's airbnb is compact for a 2 bed let but beautifully organised and very clean with all the facilities you will need. Llanattock is a lovely village and the local pub was very welcoming. A lovely place to visit. Thank you

Beautiful location, lovely spacious cottage and great walking. So nice to see chickens and geese and horses. Very comfortable for our family of six and very well stocked kitchen, complete with fresh eggs. Definitely recommend, I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you!

We had a truly relaxing stay at Ducks Cottage. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful break. One of the highlights was sitting in the lovely garden by the canal, watching and feeding the ducks— a perfect spot to unwind. Everything about the cottage made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

A wonderful collage for anyone seeking peace and quiet in the countryside. The location is perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons, with numerous scenic walks and hiking trails within a 15-minute drive. The surroundings are serene, with beautiful rural views and a sense of calm. Helen and Stacie were welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Thank you both for a fantastic stay!

Beautifully decorated cottage which was spotlessly clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very spacious cottage with all equipment we needed for cooking. Matthew was very responsive when we wanted to light the fire one evening. We absolutely loved the location, with walking, cycling and activities close by (canyoning and zip wires) The New Inn is metres away and was very welcoming with super tasty food We’ll be back! A perfect place to stay for exploring the Brecons! Spacious house with everything you need. Friendly host with clear instructions :) I would note that next doors dogs barked constantly (out of the hosts control), this didn’t impact us too much as we were our all day, however I would say this wouldn’t be suitable for reactive dogs.

We had a really lovely stay. The cottage had everything we needed, a good size table for playing board games, plenty of space in the lounge area for 4 people, and a very well equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, lots of utensils/pans/oven trays etc). The tearooms next door are excellent. And the local area is just magical - waterfalls, and walks, and steam trains, all on the doorstep.

Very pleased with it and would consider again when booking our next trip.

The cottage was lovely and clean. Well heated and well equipped. Super close to bike park Wales and all other local attractions. The hot tub was a great perk at the end of the day!
