In the heart of village, ideal for touring.

I cannot thank you enough Marion. I booked your lovely annex for my mother who was attending a funeral nearby. You, and your husband, showed her kindness, attention and... a bonus lift I understand so she didn't require a taxi! Thank you so much. When I came to collect her she was raving about her stay! Now the airbnb stuff... The annex is perfectly turned out. Spotlessly clean. The appliances are easy to use and well explained. The bedroom is spacious and your gardens are very well cared for. The television is easy to use and the wifi instant. I couldn't recommend your place more. Thank you.

Jemmett Lodge

NathanRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a lovely time staying at the property, spotless and no complaints, friendly hosts who were happy to answer any questions or if we needed anything, lots of recommendations of places to go/places to eat in the welcome book and leaflets on the wall for local attractions, nice size private garden with outdoor chairs and shelter, good spot to watch the sun set, private parking right outside the property which was very convenient, would highly recommend to others

Hazel Tree Cottage. A secluded country retreat.

JulieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a charming, secluded retreat that feels surprisingly remote given its accessibility from London. We were warmly welcomed by Claudia and her partner who were on hand for any issues (there weren’t any) but left us to our own devices. We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast goods they left for us, outdoor toys which our toddler loved and the cottage itself is very comfortable and stylishly fitted out. Very comfortable for our dog as well with a field to run in and securely fenced area that the cottage opened up to. Highly recommend!

The barn was absolutely fantastic and we loved our stay here. Quiet, peaceful location whilst also close to a lot of great places. Perfect for a relaxing get away. Beautifully clean and had everything you could need. Would 100% recommend!

Writers Retreat in the heart of Ashford Town

We stayed with our 8 month old baby for a week and it was ideal- didn’t hear the church bells as I was worried about that waking him in the night but it’s the perfect peaceful retreat.

Attentive and communicative host. Location was great for access to Port Lympne (the purpose of our stay). Spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Shepherd's Hut with private tennis court

EllaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Anne-Marie was so flexible, responsive, and helpful both before and during our stay! Wonderful communication and very easy check-in and check-out. The hut was very clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, bathroom, heating, and food storage. The welcome pack Anne-Marie prepared had loads of helpful information about the hut and the local surroundings, which meant that we felt well informed of how to keep ourselves comfortable during our stay. The hut came with maps and guide books for local walks, which was great. The owl hut is far from the main house and very secluded with lots of privacy, and the view is gorgeous and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only surprises were that the bed was not very comfortable, and the traffic from the main road was more audible than expected. Thank you Anne-Marie!
