Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mermaid Waters

This was a lovely place to stay! The beds were comfortable and the space was clean and neat. Easy to access and find as well.

we loved our stay, the hosts were very friendly & communicated well whenever we messaged. the place is very clean, all amenities were there. we could stay in or go out to the local spots without any fuss! we would definitely recommend & return ourselves back to this airbnb. loved it. we are grateful! this apartment will be my future go to apartment for the broadbeach / surfers area. It is spacious and comfortable and fitted out with high end appliances. Perfect location and great ocean views. Jordan was easy to communicate with and made our stay super easy. I highly recommend staying at this property!!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Spacious and great floorplan, beautiful views especially sunset even without ocean views just beautiful. Had everything I needed especially having lived out of a suitcase for days it just felt right at home. Thank you guys for a great stay wish I could have extended in this room!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s so gorgeous and has the most incredible outlook. Everything is included and lovely linen on beds, towels etc.

Loved this apartment! Beautiful ocean views, two lovely outdoor spaces and close to restaurants, supermarket, pub, surf club, casino and beach right across the road! So spacious and definitely feeling of home away from home. See you next time!

We had a great stay at Janett's property! She was quick to respond and was always available to assist with any queries. We needed to extend our stay, and she made every effort to help us through the process. The property has plenty of space, was clean & tidy, was nicely furnished and was a very comfortable space for our break. We loved the inside/outside layout of the house and spent many nights with the bifold doors opened. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Staying at Nataliya’s Air BnB felt like a home away from home without all the stress! Fully stocked with all the necessities needed and even some additional tokens (the Easter eggs and tea greatly appreciated), the location is extremely convenient if you want to experience the relaxed and sunny lifestyle that Gold Coast has to offer! Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

The house is ideal for a family group or group of friends as it is very comfortable and has a really well equipped kitchen, plenty of living space and fabulous views. Very quiet too. Nice and warm with the heaters going. Great walks in binnaburra only a short drive away.

We had a lovely stay at David's space in Mermaid Beach. The location was perfect, less than a 1min walk from the beach and a 10min walk to the heart of Broadbeach where there are restaurants and plenty of activities. The private pool was a lovely bonus that we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy due to some bad weather. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would stay again!

We were welcomed by the hosts who were ready for our visit. It is wonderful to receive such a warm welcome. The place is very quiet and safe, and the location perfectly suited our needs

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Edwin and Vivianna have a wonderful apartment near lots of restaurants and the main shopping centre, Pacific Fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast :)

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Perfect place for a couple getaway! Great location, close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony each day! Amazing views. Both hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Till next time!
