Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mermaid Beach

Amazing view, if you want to wake up to a view of the coastline and be on the beach in just one minute, this will be your best choice！

The apartment gets ample sunlight, we went in june so it was nice to get sun in the morning Tram stop is about 5 mins walk and so is easy to travel by public transport even late at night. The apartment was well kept and clean. We had asked for an extra mattress for the kid, which was provided with sheets

thank you for our stay, we had a great time with family. Public transport close by as well as easy access for Ubers. Kitchen spacious and well appointed. We were so busy that it was nice to return to the apartment to relax before a peaceful comfortable sleep. The kids enjoyed the pools and had plenty of swims. with lovely tropical surrounds and a bar or cafe which ever one preferred.

Shaleah was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the apartment was spacious, well located and had beautiful views. Will definitely recommend!

Fabulous!!! This would have to be one of the nicest and best value places we’ve stayed. Being Airbnb hosts ourselves there are certain things that we appreciate-the little extras like lovely bathroom products, lots of complimentary biscuits and teas/coffees to choose from. Gorgeous neautral furnishings which added to its calm atmosphere. We’ve already recommended it to our neighbours back in NZ.

Great location, everything was clean and tidy. Scott made check-in & out easy with clear instructions and was super responsive.

Staying at Sally's was amazing, even though you were close to a main road you could barely hear the traffic from it. Extremely walkable to so many amenities just 3 blocks from the beach with a view that was beautiful to wake up to and watch the slingshot attraction at night. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back at a later date to further explore the Gold Coast and all it has to offer. thanks again Sally for opening your studio apartment for us to stay 😁

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Great location, close to the beach . The apartment was so clean and has everything you need . The only thing we found was that the spa function of the bath wasn’t working Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!

We absolutely love this home. It is a lot more spacious than that is captured in the photos. The place is immaculate, beautiful indoors and outdoors. The pool is a great bonus. Close to the beach and really a little private oasis if you want to have a good rest and disconnect. Courtney is a great host. We loved our stay.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful English-style house! It was the perfect setting for a group getaway—spacious, stylish, and so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). The surrounding nature was absolutely magical. We spent our mornings with a coffee in hand, listening to the creek running and the birds singing—so peaceful and grounding. The whole place had such a calm and welcoming energy, and it made our time together truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of nature in total comfort. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great holiday at Sabrina’s house! The place was lovely and spacious and had great views. Nine of us all fitted very comfortably and the layout meant we could all have our own space too.

Amazing place, so close to the Gold Coast but not feeling like the coast, the outlook is so relaxing, the fire pit and wine, so good!

Jessica’s house is in a stunning location with great views of Currumbin beach and beyond and short walk to cafes, restaurants and flagged surf area. The master bedroom is beautiful however guests who might be thinking of sharing this room as it has 2 king beds, be mindful there is no door on the bathroom. Also from the listing we thought there was a non fenced back yard with grass for the dog to go out but the property is really an apartment with no outside grassed area for a dog. There are a lot of steps between the 3 levels which some might find difficult. I only say these things as to be helpful to potential guests. Jessica was very responsive to any issues that arose and overall her house and location are fabulous.

Lovely peaceful location within a short drive of all the Gold Coast attractions. It really is the perfect home for a holiday with the family. You can experience all the Gold Coast has to offer or you can relax in the outdoor living area, pool, sauna and tennis court. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
