Holiday rentals with a patio in Mermaid Beach

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

this apartment will be my future go to apartment for the broadbeach / surfers area. It is spacious and comfortable and fitted out with high end appliances. Perfect location and great ocean views. Jordan was easy to communicate with and made our stay super easy. I highly recommend staying at this property!!

Great unit, great size and everything we needed. Lots of those lovely things stocked and little extras. We would love to come back and stay. Wonderful view and the sound of the ocean was lovely. Awesome walking track just outside, great coffee within a 5 minute walk and a 15 minute bike ride to Burleigh :-)

Fabulous!!! This would have to be one of the nicest and best value places we’ve stayed. Being Airbnb hosts ourselves there are certain things that we appreciate-the little extras like lovely bathroom products, lots of complimentary biscuits and teas/coffees to choose from. Gorgeous neautral furnishings which added to its calm atmosphere. We’ve already recommended it to our neighbours back in NZ.

Kim is very responsive, with clear and concise instructions. Great carpark for those that have speciality cars as wide spaces. Apartment was clean, with hotel amenities and more importantly... bed was big and comfortable. Joan was always readily available to assist (we forgot our key and she came straight down and gave us access). Will definitely stay again when on the coast.

Enjoyed our stay here. The views are fantastic and the place was exactly as described. The team were proactive in their comms so overall experience was excellent.

We had a great stay at Natalie's place! We stayed for 5 weeks as we have recently relocated to the GC and waiting for our house to be ready. Natalie's townhouse was a home away from home. It was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable and had lots of home comforts that made it ideal for a long stay. Kitchen was well decked out and it had a great laundry too. Have to mention the beds were incredibly comfy and the area was really quiet throughout the day/night. Location wise we were walking distance to so much, was great to walk to some awesome cafes in the area like Paddock and Palm Springs as well as the playgrounds for our daughter. As a host Natalie was quick to respond and made us feel really welcome in her home. She was also very understanding when we had to make some changes to our stay due to Cyclone Alfred. Would definitely stay their again and happy to recommend to others. A great spot in Burleigh Waters!

We had the most luxurious long weekend, as soon as we stepped in the door it was like the external world just melted away. Everyone slept amazingly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the ocean view was just incredible.

We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

Well laid out. Bright and airy. Safe, enclosed garden for our dogs. Well-stocked kitchen. Great dinning area and outdoor seating. Close to all amenities.

We had a great weekend away at Mel’s place! It was really spacious and the pool area was beautiful. Interiors were stunning as well. The only feedback I’d have was that the kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked - not a lot of glassware, no cocktail shaker etc. and there were no condiments (other than salt, pepper and olive oil). Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful house in the perfect location. We had a group of 8 but as the house was so spacious we weren’t on top of each other. The backyard was great, my son had lots of space to crawl and play in the grass. Jennie was really fast on her responses. Very clear instructions on how to get into house. Would 100% book again!

Brads place was lovely with gorgeous ocean views. It was easy walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. The bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely stay again!

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

Julie was extremely helpful and made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free I don’t want to give a good review as everyone else will want to stay here and I want to keep this place just for me and my family If I could give them 6 stars I would Will be back

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

Qian is so lovely she responds quickly she is helpful and wants your stay to be as homely as she can make it for you. she is very helpful in all ways she gives you suggestions with things to do in the area her favourite restaurants shooping etc. I love this lil place of hers is literally a stone throw from beach, surf club, walks, shopping, and night life. her prices are always fare, the place is clean cosy has washer and dryer is puppy friendly is all you need for a relaxing affordable stay in the heart of Broadbeach.. thanks for having Mouse(puppy) and I again Qain we appreciate you so much and will definitely e back. We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location!
