Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Flat in rural two-family house. The house, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, has a large garden/park on the edge of the forest. It has a sleeping area (with air conditioning) on the first floor, consisting of two double beds divided by a partition. On the ground floor is the kitchen, table for 4, sofa, wood-burning stove and the bathroom (with shower and washing machine). The front door opens directly onto the garden, where there are several areas for resting or eating outside.

Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Willkommen in diesem mehr als 150 Jahre alten istrischen Steinhaus, das gerade komplett restauriert wurde. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land in einer kleinen Siedlung bei Sv. Peter in der Nähe von Portorož und ist von Olivenhainen umgeben. Zusätzliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine zweite Reisegruppe gewünscht? This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
